The simple answer is no. They cannot combine. A little yeast works through the whole batch. The reason mega churches are MEGA churches with so many resources is because they depend upon tithes to secure much of those resources and a hierarchy to administer them. Those two concepts are absolutely contrary to the DNA of organic church life (and the word of God). Without the tithes and hierarchy you would no longer have a mega church so, again, the answer seems to be, no.
I'm interested in these issues, too. Organic churches have life flowing, relationships and dynamic but they don't have the resources and structures to initiate large projects alone. This is a relevant issue and since I believe God is interested in relevant issues, He'll guide us forward on this, too. Too many times He lets a question 'mature' within us before answering it to us, doesn't He.
I wonder if this person has ever been a member of an Organic church that has multiplied a few times over. I think practice and theory are very different.
This man obviously doesn't know what organic Church is... Organic Church is not just Housechurches... Megachurch comes with Clergy/Laity-thinking "Covering"-theology and often Tithe-giving which is foreign to the DNA of the Body of Christ in the New Covenant.
3. MC philosophy neccessarily wants all to come and stay (that's how it becomes a Mega Church!) whereas OC wants everyone to go! The groupings are kept intentionally small.
I think at best MC will have cell groups and home fellowships but the difference in leadership structures and what the services look like necessitates a separation of the two.
Appreciate yur concern but here are the problems with your views as I see them:
1. Organic Church (OC) is diametrically opposed to Mega Church (MC) in that OC doesn't believe that any significant discipling can occur in MC as there are just too many people.
2. The whole point of OC is to multiply as quickly as possible in an effort to "swarm" a city, town, suburb, etc. with multiple expressions of the Bride of Christ so that outsiders will be drawn into the fellowship and communion....

YOU'RE NOT SPEAKING IN THE SPIRIT. YOU'RE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH THIS IN THE FLESH. THAT'S A NO GO.

LET IT GO MAN. MEGA CHURCHES ARE PAGAN! IT PERPETUATES MANIPULATION AND CLERGY CONTROL.

This doesn't seam feasible. It would require major funding, which would then change the focus to getting money to fund and support the church.
