Journey - "Any Way You Want It" on Commodore 64 MSSIAH sequencer

Is this a VST for a sequencer? I once read about VST's being some sort of virtual instruments like a frontend but I am not sure what I am really talking about here. :p

If you plan to do more songs could you do any from Manheim Steamroller like Chocolate Fudge or other of his songs?
