@sn0306 people dont go to restraunts like this to eat fast or alot. its for the show. if you want to eat japanese food alot of it, go to a regular restraunt or buffet

This is the Benihana style Japanese restaurant, which was invented by Rocky Aoki(founder of Benihana group). He went to the USA in the 70'S to have success, then he had this idea. Now there are many Teppanyaki restaurants in Japan, but the cook doesn't do such a show, and those are more sophisticated, but very expensive.
