How did you tame your birds so well....i have three parakeets and my mom has two and one lovebird and we want to tame them and know how to go along with it

My lovbird died in oct (he was 18!), but he LOVED nutriberries too! He'd chomp right through them!

when he got older i got a little open nest for him, and thats where he slept-it was super cute!

my bird looooves nutriberries..she does the same thing. if anyone tells her to get out of the container she yells at them to shut up. shes an interesting bird lol.

yes. they are nutritionally balanced and can be used as food or as a treat. They're excellent if your bird hates pellets. Theres the regular that Bebe's eating, and they also have sunny orchard and tropical nutriberries. My budgies couldn't contain themselves when they saw me plopping nutri-berries into each of their bowls.

After watching this video I got my lovebirds some Nutriberries. I hope they will eventually take to them like BeBe does. I love how you talk to your birds. I do that all the time which is probably why my lovebirds actually say a few words like "birdy" and "pretty bird".

Most birds will pick at Fresh broccoli or you can try some lightly steamed. Please note: Frozen veggies are okay, but never feed any canned food to your birds; it's unhealthy.

When birds see the tops of the broccoli they think, "Hummmm... Little green seeds." LOL It's an easy way to get your bird(s) to eat their veggies! Another mentioned sprouts. They are wonderful for the same reason!

This seems to me a pretty random comment, but thank you for it anyways. You can can feed your bird broccoli all day long and it will still lack in total nutrition such as vitamin A. We offer our birds sprouts, veggies, etc. but we can not rely on those foods for total nutrition. These words come not from us, but from studies done by Board Certified Avian Vets from around the world.

Oh... Maybe it was about my other comment concerning how I feed pellets as my bird's daily vitamin? ... {But I don't feed pellets [but instead El Paso nuttriberries] to the parrotlet because of her color mutation. I need to watch the high vitamin intake for her variety -- Too much vitamins cause kidney failure in the blue mtuation of pacifics, after all.}

Haha! My lovebirds do that with Spiniach. We keep it in the fridge, and if our boys hear it, they come FLYING over and INTO the fridge as it opens. Then they run to find the spiniach. Little brats x-D Your lovie is gorgeous!!
