Not really, on a normal keyboard you dont have to push 'fn' just the prt sc button, and push alt+prt sc if you only want to take a SS of the immediate window.

Yeah i dont know about Vista but try "Crtl + sys rq" instead of "FN + sys rq" if it doesnt work than i have no idea.
