I have two copies of this movie on DVD with Greek subtitles. The quality is very poor by today's standards, but they were a gem of a find from a rare movie collector in New York. I watched it as a 17 year old kid, and it stayed with me ever since. Most people I know have never seen it.

I was told that this may never see a proper release. I guess The Scandinavian DVD is all we can settle for.

Still a real 70's gem. Would love to see what the original trailer was like.

This scene at "Kens" house was filmed in Aranjuez,Spain. The Bridge shots following this scene were filmed on the Mackinac Bridge in Northern Michigan.

This films director Peter Collinson sold his now infamous "Tara" house to "Who" drummer Keith Moon in 1971.Collinson died of lung cancer in 1980,"Tara" was demolished in 1992.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This was one of those movies we discovered as kids bored to death on a Sunday afternoon and ended up seeing something unforgettable. I been wanting to know for years that song in the opening titles. Thanks again!

Thanks for uploading! Saw this on late nite cable in 1983 and never forgot it. Weird, atmosphere,striking photography,Peter Fonda,Richard Lynch,William Holden!NOT for all tastes but a cool movie anyway!

Actually the beginning of this film shows an exterior shot of the University,a portion of the title song and the girl being raped and beaten by Fonda,Lynch and Laws characters!

Thanks for all the extra information. Is the uncut version the "Recon Game" title? I waited forever for titles like Dirty Mary Crazy Larry and Emperor of the North to come out - I wish they'd do a nice clean release of this one.

This version and "Recon Game",end nearly the same way.The Scandinavian version that I bought on the Internet called "Jaktoffer" ends with William Holden being arrested and driven away in a police car.
