I doctor cannot be held in violation under his licensure unless he DEVIATED from what is called the Standard of Care in place for patients at the time of the alleged acts. At the time of injection by Dr. Murray (the injection now ruled a homicide by the Coroner)... it was NOT the standard of care in 2009 to administer Propofol in a home care setting. You simply cannot blame Michael Jackson for Murray's negligent acts in violation of the standard of care expected of a physician. Money was King!

Dr. Murray is guilty he realized he made a mistake and the Friday after Michael died he disappeared then resurfaced on Saturday with a law firm. He knew he needed a lawyer. He was seen bringing oxygen tanks into MJ's house on several occasions accordint to MJ's chef.
