I would like to state that this is just my opinion and I'm not sure how far you are in the series but in the current manga arc there is no way that Team Gai (Which I adore) stands a chance against Team Kakashi even if you substitute Sai(blech) for Sasuke(not liking him right now either). Except for Gai who will always be ridiculously effective against high level opponents. As for Tenten, someone needs her own story arc and she needs it badly.
