It's really more of a fighting game engine than a game in its own right. It is called Mugen. The idea behind it is you can make your own fighting game. You can make characters or download pre-made characters with defined move sets. same with backgrounds, character select screens and music.

You have to switch to Fist of the North Star mode (The one with the square bars and the boost gauge) then deplete that square bar by connect her A+X or B+Y moves; when that's done, do a QCF, B+Y.
