I take back my otter comment. That is a double crested cormorant paddling along head up. Another common site on the lake. Far too narrow neck n head to be an otter.

I once thought I saw champy but it came really close to shore and we could tell it was a log. Not saying this is but ya. If you watch the recently posted video of champy sighted he looks exactly like that, just facing the other way.

cormorant or a duck, i live on lake champlain and there are tons of cormorants, they float on the water differently than ducks. More of their body is submerged and normally only there head and neck are visible.

the monsters name is Champ and commonly known as the U.S.'s Nessie, they have so many sightings of Champ they even have laws protecting him. And actually there is more evidence pointing to Champs existence then to Nessies
