The sad thing is, that the developers of this monstrosity actually took some time to make it; The fact that they'll never get that time back, is punishment enough.

Judging by it's quality, I'd say that this game was rushed quicker than E.T(unfortunately, I'd be lying if I said that.)

WTF!!!???? As a 28 year old gamer I'm about to give up on the whole game scene! Each year they get more an more advanced yet less and less fun. EVERYTHING IS A SHOOTER nowadays. THere's no magic left in games. I bought a ps3 for $500 (that I coulda spent on something better like prostitutes) and there's NO FUCKING good games out except for a handful.

Honestly 2 guys made world of Goo, and THAT is the closest thing to fun I've seen. Or biglittleplanet and they recalled that game.

force unleashed is on ps2 and psp so we all know thats horseshit.and god of war is like dragons den from the 80s,you button press guitar hero style to a premade animation without option to turn off seeing them.melee is good in GOW but gay little knives on nu-metal chains cant beat a sword,or golden axe the 1st great hack n slash ever made..

comparing GOW to golden axe is like comparing ratchet and clank to mario bros 3

The game is ok...a by the numbers action romp that can't touch any of the chaotic action games like DMC, Force Unleashed, or God of War. However, there is just enough action and gore to get a mild fix from the game.

As for the playable characters, you start with Tyris, but Gilius comes to help you out along the way so his story arc is presumably playable. As for Axe Battler, I hope he fell into a pool of molten lava in gasoline knickers.
