  • So much feeling! Good job, man!

  • Thank you very much for your comments! I really appreciate them. Indeed was a little too fast and I don’t recommend to play it like that if you don’t have a plane to catch:-) As a musician try to challenge yourself! Make music and be creative. If everything would look and sound the same, life would be very boring!

  • awesome - BUT - (personally) I think the fast bit at 2.30 was a bit too fast the notes started sounding a bit muffled and I think it sounds just as impressive a little slower - it gives the audience time to realise whats going on. Just a thought though, love the passion you bring

  • This was amazing. I absolutely love this concerto I'm so excited that I will be playing this at solo and ensemble this year. Great song to round out my highschool career.

  • wow... didnt realize how fast this was meant to go.... ive got a lot of work to do

  • @killerbean200 shit yeah.. same here!

  • @killerbean200 I don't think it should be that fast.. the tempo marking on my copy says crotchet = 132-144 as a guide. I reckon this guy is steaming by at well over 160. Sounds good though

  • this is an excellent and passionate interpretation and performance. I will share this with my students

  • sick.

  • Sunteti un musician de exceptie

  • so good

  • God damn! Listening to this piece is like watching a steam locomotive. It just keeps hammering forward.

  • very very good !!!

  • the piano accompaniment is sick!

  • Bravo stimabile!

  • that is balls fast.

  • i jsut auditioned for a concerto concert on this piece... and the judges hated it so much they made me change my song for the concert :(... what a pity, I love this piece. Great job!

  • maybe it wasnt the song mate....

  • lol

  • always a plus to have a hot accompanist...

  • The accompaniment part is wicked, too. Great work by all.

  • Good job

  • haha 6:15 was a memory lapse for fingering eh? it's okay mind blocks do happen during performances, just smile and carry on (: anyway the tone is very impressive! very passionate playing in fact! maybe add in abit more vibrato on some of the crescendo long notes? (unless it's the recording that nullifies them)

  • ya you were right.

  • Very good work, especially your tone is very good

  • wow im going to have to play that sometime

  • im thinking of doing this next year for my solo and ensemble festival now im sure i want to do it. nice playing

  • amazing tone and playing

  • Very nice tone and very difficult piece 5 stars :D

  • Very difficult piece. Excellent work!

  • your tone is very nice

  • nice. i like how the pianist changes in the middle.

I was trying to look at the music while the video was playing, but i couldnt help looking up to see which pianist was playing.

  • Es demasiado buen trompetista... Jesús Quesada Rosales.

  • Exceptionally well done, although as Vishnook says its not Dochshitzer...(I never spell his name correctly) A little too quick; it should be played slower and more lyrically. Still much better than my highschool performance of it and certainly one of the better versions I have heard. Well done.

  • nice tempo but too hard for the Piano :)

  • a great performance

    excellent

  • yea, I played the beginning much slower too... But still a great performance

  • awesome

  • The intro was rather differnt from what I play/on the recording I have. Timofei Doshitzer uses much differnt articulations on the first page on run from the C to the Ab and the trips right before that. The double tonguing here is slick though. I like a lot of what you are doing.

  • I've never the intro played so fast before...a bit to rushed in my opinion. But an excellent player! The blonde pianist makes a couple of mistakes however...but then again...she's all by herslef:)

  • oh man that was quick. Never thought i'd like it that quick but I did...

  • trumpet was good but my God, i felt so bad for the pianist (the one with no page turner)
