The skiiers look awkward. Why does everyone want to ride on top of the snow anyway? If you want to be on top of the snow, buy some snowshoes. Old skool skies are perfectly fine no matter how deep it gets. Unfortunately though, you need skill to ski'em.
@Francisthefootball its called advancement people want to ski better, sure old style long skiis are hard to use and present a challenge, but have you ever heard anyone say i just made these new skis there really hard to ski on. no people want better skis
