Besides, royalty's favourite watchmakers are Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin or Breguet, not Omega. Of course Omega is still a nice watch but i would take Rolex over Omega.

@leestephenj I'm not telling anybody that royals are wearing Rolexes, you've got right that Prince William wears Omega Seamaster (well, that's well known fact to be frank), i'm just telling that favourite companies of royal families (not only British) are PP, VC or Breguet. I haven't mentioned Rolex, because Rolex target customers are businessmen, billionaires (like Carlos Slim Helu, #1 richest man by Forbes) and in general people of success. Rolex is also somewhat more expensive than Omega.

@coolcat1543 Hey coolcat. The higher end Omegas (the Bond versions included) come with a Co-axial movement, which run at 21500 beats per hour, as compared to 28,800 in the older models. So they'll be slightly less smooth, but they are more efficient and require servicing at longer intervals :)
