I have this on the Sega Genesis as Chase H.Q. II. Great game. Not as fancy as the arcade version, but fun.

now that you've mentioned it. the intro seems to be a little misleading because the steering wheel's gun triggers don't exist in the US version (because the gun trigger appears on the shift knob instead of the steering wheel).
