Backpacking Colorado

what kind of wild life do you have up there? do you have to worry about bears? do you guys try hunting occasionally? I live down in Texas and i want to move up to Colorado when i grow up cause i love to go backpacking, fly fishing, and snowboarding. Colorado is so beautiful, and is a great place.

7.5 mile hike and 2500 foot elevation gain to timberline, there is no easy way to get there.... and everyone wants to know where it is. Sorry folks this place will remain unnamed, I like you, I just don't want to fish next to you.... :)

I can understand that,I have a few small mountain streams I have kept to myself as much as possible and havent seen another fisherman there in many years! thats the beauty of these kinds of places
