@suspect650 it is a command prompt just follow the on screen instructions. if you are running it on a mac or Linux im not an expert at those operation systems and youll have to try to figure it out.

do this!!! this is what you need to do use red sn0w because right now your ipod is BLANK EMPTY THERE IS NOTHING ON IT AND NOTHING YOU CAN DO! redsn0w resets it! and fixes it without losing anything! use redsn0w please just follow this tutorial

you plug in your ipod and run redsn0w and bam. or if you are trying to download red snow just make a new download in Vuse and type in the link for redsnow to download the torrent

in what way look at the other comments have you even tried it. EXPLAINATION: Redsn0w is a program that jailbreaks your iPod touch in ANY CONDITION (ie. frozen v1 v2 gen1 gen2) and saves and other jailbroken apps and files. so your ipod will be back up and running just like new? now please answer why this "doesn't work at all" or i will just remove you ridiculous comment.
