here is a tip soon as u do the jacob mission where u get a pistol go to the hospital like this strt a massacre and pickup the ammo and guns for later missions try not to die as 4 stars will get swat carry big machine guns and mp5k's(uzi of some sort) then alot of missions u will pass with ease hope this helps ayyy it worked for me also get some cover and aim at the head instant kill.....quicker the kill the better...and gwd luck

@parkourmaniac11 thanks.....but this video was literally made one day after GTA4 came out (it was uploaded on my previous account prior to it being suspended) and there was TONS I did not know about the game....you can even notice the first aid pack on the wall I totally miss as I just thought it was a prop and not and actual collectable. I got a lot better and also 100% completion on this, Lost & Damned and Ballad of Gay Tony. Can add Red Dead Redemptioon aswell.

@parkourmaniac11 what I actually did to get weapons was to kill a cop with a shotgun (obtained by breaking into a parked cop car), get their weapon and run into the first safe house and keep shooting the cops who come in and grab all the weapons they drop, do this for a long time and then save at the bed and voilla! Loads of weapons.

Hmm, tough one. What I often find is that many game videos are more likely to get more hits if they are made closer to the time the game is released and is still considered "hot shit". I think GTA4 is considered old to a lot of people now and general interest for it is much lower now than what it was 2 years ago. This video I made was originally uploaded on my previous account only 2 days after the game was released and almost had 30'000 views within 1 month.....but that account got suspended.

So basically this video originally got way more views in its first month on my last account than it did in over 2 years on this account. My "Saints Row 2 Health Hazzard" video has been up for nearly 2 years (22 months) and that has not even reached 1000 views. In fact most my videos are very low on views. Only my "Fallout 3 - Death Scene Compilation" vid seems to be keeping an average constant flow of 1000 views per month. My other Fallot 3 ones dont get anything like that.

How could you let the nurses escape? You passed two of them on the outside of the hospital. Shottler Hospital is in the ghetto if you just kill random patients no one's gonna care because they're all just a bunch of poor ghetto minority fucks who would've ended up shooting each other at some point anyway. You gotta go for the nurses if you wanna do real damage, either that or perform the shooting in a more upscale area so there's more important people to kill.

Tuscarora Ave. It says in the start of the video....its readable if you play the video in 480p. It's on the first island you start the game on (the far right section of the map).

Best thing to do is get yourself killed in this area and you should appear right outside this hospital entrance.

This is an old video that was recorded literally a day after I had got the game. I was nowhere near the point of having the RPG launcher. I still did not fully understand what everything was or did in the game. The biggest mistake in this video I made was missing the health pack on the wall....which at the time I did not think was a collectable health pack but just a wall prop. Health packs never looked like that in previous GTAs I played. Never made that mistake again though after realising it.

It's actually literally/almost impossible to get six stars in most GTA games at early stages of the game without cheats. Though it can be done in GTA4 if you try and cross a bridge thats blocked off by police.....which creates an instant 6 star wanted level.

On my saved file of the game (now with 100% completion) I can get a 6 star wanted level in less than half the time of this video. Same with all the PS2 GTAs aswell.

Yes it IS my video and yes my original "drakes5000" account that I first uploaded it to back in May 2008 was suspended 2 months later in July......because for some reason, Take 2 did not like me uploading "The Mens Room With Bas & Jeremy" TV show from GTA4 and submitted a copyright claim against me to Youtube. I never use cheats in these games. If I did I would have definately got the rocket launcher! I did use the official GTA4 guide to find several of the weapons and the body armour. Annoyingly, I did not know there was a useable health pack on the hospital wall and completely overlooked it for the entire duration of the video.

dont kill all the hostages at once. if one stands up than kill him. you need to execute them. take the pistole and shoot him in thelegs till he doesnt stand up and that he survived. than pop him in the head or ine the stomach. i did this before :D
