Turn on the game and wait for the screen that shows the Street Fighter II logo in the background against a black screen. When this appears, quickly press Down, R, Up, L, Y, B on Controller Two. yes there was a championship edition of sf ii it was on turbo edition. the snes had both version of them.

Yes although that is true, Ryu has the strongest projectile in the game over any of the fighters, and that is true I'm not just saying that. Also Ryu's kicks are alot stronger than Ken's so I'd sy it just depends on the player's skills.  But all in all we can't forget that Ryu has been the main character for the street fighter series despite what that stupid american movie portrayed these 2 to be.
