You should get one if the stove top models that have a glass filter so you just taste your coffee.

That's awesome! Congratulations on such success {:o) I'm going to get a Tassimo or another similar product when this pot breaks. I can't bring myself to get a new one when this one works. It makes so many different beverages and I like that you can get on automatic refill plans etc, lol and yes it does sorta look like that flask {:o)

And yes, you should probably get a tassimo. it works wonders, Bodum makes great home gadgets. I bought a couple of sets of double walled drinking glasses from their site upon seeing your coffee maker. I'm now a fan of bodum co'z of you. :)

(Kind of a pain in the wallet, but it makes the beverage look as if it's floating, keeps 'em colder for long)

Thank god for coffee. I boil it but have never made it that way before. More like the US way.... reminds me of LA Law for some reason.

Well, we put it into a kettle. I bet different ways mean different tastes but hey ho. Like I need one now and I wonder does a shower wake you up as much as caffiene.

Apologies, I may sound a bit dense here, but when you say "put it into a kettle" I envision coffee grounds in water in a kettle. Are there special filters for that, or do you make a pouch of some sort or do you run it through a sieve perhaps afterward? I'm so curious

Water into a kettle and then spoon in a mug and then just POW!

Might be some sort of special pouch but wheather it exists I don't know.

Hahaha yeah true. I kinda need it as I hate early mornings and used to drink like really strong ones several times an hour. Just gets burnt off I guess - like calories.

That's a lot of caffeine, you've build up a quite a tolerance! I can only drink about 4 cups (normal 6-8 ounce cups) in a morning or I get jittery.

ahhh yes that's spot on and I crashed mood wise sometimes. Come down basically. Best to drink it at the right time I guess. NOT like I did in place of water!

Yep the infamous "Crash". Always makes me wish I'd never ingested the coffee, but then the next day I'd drink it again, lol, I think I was addicted at one point.

I know! I was so surprised when I first saw one go {:o) I'm doing alright, I kinda slacked off days 14-16, but I'm back on track now. It was getting rough, lol! I wish I could knock out, but I can only do just about do 20 straight now so I won't make the 50 unless it's assisted. I think I might rest on the 20th to help me do more the 21st.

Yes it does, but the tea turns out kind of weak due to the quick percolating time so I use it to heat the water for tea {:o)

I first saw one back in 2001 or 2002, so I think it's newish {:o) What kind of baking gadgets do you have? I'm not that good at baking so its really interesting to me
