then got fired i filed another eeoc complain and the eeoc attorney was treating me like crap even though i gave the solid proof of discrimination..do not go to eeoc its a scam...go to your state work force to file any discrimination complain....eeoc is a scam..more people loose there jobs going to eeoc to file complain then those being quite..
@LASCUEVAS33 Psychics are dirtbags. EEOC is a good source and a good tool to keep people at work. Somehow, some discrimination laws aren't enforced as well as they should.
eeoc is the biggest scam of gov in united states and i think president obama should look into this government sector... there attorney do not help anyone..they treat people who file charges like crap.. i filed a eeoc complain agains a company and i got treated like crap..i proved to eeoc that i was discriminated and they still didn't do anything..the company i filed a complain against hired a big city lawyers and i lost...i worked for the company for another 8 months then got fired i filed
The EEOC is complete bullshit. For example, from their own website you can see that in 2008, EEOC received 95,402 total charges filed by individuals. However, only 325 suits were actually litigated. This means the EEOC rejects about 99.53% of the charges that are filed and litigates only less than HALF OF 1 PERCENT!!! Hence, the EEOC is bullshit. It's an illusion meant to pacify victims with a false sense of "justice".
