He got a good score because the other team sucked. Any good player won't let a sniper rape so much from one position.

But great analogy on the telephones and stuff. I was never a great quick scoper, but it's a damn good skill to have and can save your ass. Pistols can only do so much.... And I wasn't one of those idiot players that run around quick scoping like it's an automatic weapon. I keep my distance and find new vantage points.

i would adapt if if wasnt for how silly sniper rifles work now.It feels unnatural.First the nerf where the sniper gets all spazzy + the sway + the breathing stuff.1 freakin bolt action rifle to use with an ugly sound meh I rather be a dinosaur.

I totally agree with what you are saying. All I do is quiockscope and noscope, but I have adapted to this new situation with the sniping system on black ops. However, people who snipe do not usually snipe for killstreaks, we snipe for good gameplay for montages etc.. And this system doesnt really allow it. And this is why many people are unhappy and unwilling to adapt

but there is a difference between your example. the telephone example is an progress to help the human race a whole and to better out technology, the case with BO is that Treyarch decided that apparently a one shot kill is too overpowered when some guns kill in two but they dont have restrictions as severe as a sniper

Nice commentary, I completely agree with you, I love the challenge to get accustomed to the new form of "quick scoping" it's not as easy but it's awesome. It makes me feel like people felt when Cod4 came out and they thought quickscoping was going to be impossible because the scope was a lot slower from CoD2, but they got accustomed and now look at CoD4.

Some trades will never go automatic. like mechanics, too many variables, joiners/building constructors due to new advances, tailored designs and things like this. So in that sense i think gunskills will still have to excell in good players.
