I think it is because mass-youtubers prefer a more disposable kind of videos...they don't like to think too much. It's a matter of passive against active, shallow against critical, easy against challenging. This is only what I think anyway

(1966), The Dingles (1988), The North Wind and the Sun: A Fable by Aesop [Animated Film] (1972), and Every Dog's Guide to Complete Home Safety (1986) are all works I've found by this artist.
