I don't think it's advisable to use them for all your internet traffic.

great stuff - i enjoyed the free trial i had but all the UK only shows i have on dvd or im not interested in. the US has so much more content and better quality shows, plus a lot of wrestling related content which is why im happy to pay 6 quid for at least one month.

@dan24591 the reason some are getting a trial and others are not is because for some reason UnblockUS haven't restricted access to Netflix when using some devices like consoles.

Try using a web browser to access Netflix with these DNS settings and you will get diverted the UnblockUS sign up page or a page saying your trial has ended.

The sane DNS settings work for the Apple TV2. Not tried with iPad myself... But could have a go. Would need to set it manually.

Just his a bit of a snag. I had to change the credit card details, and now the American content isn't available to me. It's all there, but everytime I try to watch something it promps me to pay my monthly bill. The UK content still works fine, though I'm not interested in any of that..

This video is great, works a treat. however not all the US content seems to be showing up on the ps3. Using hidemyass on the pc i loggged into US netflix and found a hell of a lot more content. If you watch it on pc then go back to your ps3 it appears in the recently watched section and you can view it. However you cant seem to select it from the main ps3 screen or search for it manually. So get a free VPN and select your movie online refresh your ps3 and it'll be there.

@rabbb78 we dont have the same content because there are different copywrite laws in uk, us and ireland and netflix still would have to sign more contracts to other companies in order to let them stream. but that is pretty sound of them not bothering, put's me at ease now thanks for letting us know.

My unblockus trial has ended(which is what these DNS numbers are for) and can no longer access Netflix US via iPhone or login to Netflix US web page as it just diverts to unblockus sign up page, but strangely I can still access Netflix US via Wii Netflix Channel.

So it's happy days if it stays that way.

From what I've been reading elsewhere, these DNS settings just give you a weeks free trial with unblockus.

Will be interesting to see what happens after a week, I guess your ip address gets blocked until you set up an account and pay around £3.20 a month.
