Pretty much. The album is called "Dust to Dust". It's about a guy who becomes a vampire and eventually chooses the path of righteousness and slays the ancient vampire lord (both freeing and killing himself in the process). It's seriously an incredible album.

Seeing that you're a fan of Rhapsody, I highly recommend it.
