Most artificial turf fields do have recycled tire rubber! Think of them as the rubber dirt to the fake plastic grass that rips off your skin. It's tiny rubber bits that help to pad the field. They're really cool and fun to throw at people,but they get EVERYWHERE. I still find them in my damn car and I quit playing soccer 4 years ago!

Whenever I play those balloon bonus levels, I just try to focus between barrel number 2 and 3, so I can see better what´s happening on the screen. Do not focus on the balloon, that makes it harder to work.

Yes actually, my class went on a field trip to Ford field last year for a tour (where the Detroit Lions play) and the tour guide said that football fields were in fact made from tires. We could feel it as we were walking on the field too.

Any Astroturf field is padded with shredded tires. They do it to pad the field so you aren't running on concrete and so cleats work!

Instead of throwing away the TNT (or any barrel), you can hold down on the D-pad while releasing Y to just put it back down. (TNT will explode after a few seconds if you don't pick it up again.)

Yeah, NCS, they make tracks out of recycled tires instead of asphalt. My high school got one back when they first started making them and running on it was SO NICE. It's slightly springy and doesn't radiate heat when it gets hot (and it gets HOT here in Phoenix).

Yeah, that tire type of field is what it's like at a lot of colleges I believe. I know mine had a field like that. Easier to maintain than a real grass field, but it heats up ridiculously, and little bits get in your shoes and drive you crazy.

turf football fields have little black pieces of rubber in between the plastic "blades of grass". They don't help running by any means, if you're not in cleats you slip and slide all over. It stops the impact when coming down on the turf, without them, it's as hard as concrete. After games/practices the rubber gets all up in your shoes and it's really annoying. Turf is still no substitute to grass, I've had sprains and even a minor concussion on it. not fun.

NCS, regarding your tire question, the artificial fields are covered with shredded tires to prevent carpet burns.
