@6711dylan You can't get the silencer in the Tanker level. You can get the Socom in the Plant level and you can get a silencer for that. There is really no difference between the Socom and the USP. Hope this helps!

p.s. to snap their necks while chocking them keep tapping the square button really fast

The USP suppressor for both the US and EU versions were either removed or not included on purpose as i've heard that in the Japanese version you are able to procure it at the mast when you revisit it after Olga goes away.
