Only good thing about this bike is its looks, thats the main reason people buy it. Well, it sounds shit, the top end is shit and the acceleration is also shit, because of it being a 4 stroke 125cc engine, pretty poor from a bike that new costs around £4.200! lmao...what a rip off!

@TheBike93 the aprillia rs 125 isnt reliable because its a two stroke. the run on much higher rpms thats why they need alot of maintenance. i hardly doubt yamaha could make a better two stroke then aprillia. most two strokes are unreliable

ok mate...u wanna know why more people get the yzf r125 than trhe ninja 250...1. CBT legal ;) 17 years can ride this with CBT but u cant ride 250 with cbt...2. it look way fucking better than the 250...3. better technology than the 250...4. u can make it faster than the 250 by putting in a 182cc mallosi kit + aftermarket exhaust + bmc air filter + remmaped ECU. :)

first it isnt in mass production in indonesia so that means you would need to transport it to indonesia very cheap indeed eh.... then this was at my dads office where they test if cars/bikes if its street legal. and since was the first one in indonesia and a guy bought it so the guy had to pay for the testing not yamaha. and then you would have to go threw "costumes" after my dads office says it street legal. so make the license and everything and yet again the guy pays for it

You need to fucking do a bit of research before you make comments, why get this over a ninja 250? I don't know, maybe because there IS a fucking market for these, they were only available in the UK for months on order, there wasn't any in the shops because they sold so quickly, there is a huge demand for good looking 125cc bikes. you can ride one in the UK at 17 with L plates, for a ninja 250 you HAVE to have a licence. so does that answer your question, not everyone wants a ninja i def. don't.

i use to live in toronto and one of these r125 would set you about $60,000 in the description it says $30,000 usd but im pretty sure its 60 but for the r6 the expensive part is the taxes i tried out the r6 at this same exact place and it was $90,000

haha a '600' body. its only the fairings, that doesn't make the bike slow. its the engine. i test rode a cbr125r... that bike is made to go 0-60...km/h lol. 100km/h was achieved with me in full tuck 5th gear! i got 106km/h. the bike u rode isn't a piece of shit though. true i'd rather have a 125 cc 2 stroke ( i love 2 strokes) but this is pretty advanced for a small bike... FI, nice fairings, HUD, build quality. the engine doesn't suck, its just small (what else to expect froma 125cc 4T single?

i get what ur saying, i've got a 250 and i know its a rip off to get thisamd its slow and the fairings would be like $800 each (mine are 450 each (go figure)) but its a nice little show bike for boys that have rich parents and can't get bigger bikes cause they're restricted to small ones (ex europe). cbr150 will get to 160 with fair modifications. my zzr250 stock goes 170km.h its doesn't go any faster after i've got a full system, pods and fine tuned the carbs, it just gets there quicker.

ninja 250 dry weight is 150kg wet is around 172. i know i can get a gsxr even for 3 grand. but there are 1239830498 gixxers and only 50 aprilia rs125's in canada. also, past 2010 no new 2 strokes are allowed to be imported to canada. so the rs125 is a rarity among engines and bikes
