  • 35 GOOD push ups is a hell of a lot. Not many people can do them. Most people when doing high numbers go super fast and sometimes not all the way down. These are slow controlled push ups intended as a workout and not just show. Not many people can do this man, this is my max haha

  • @Nerevar1990 Thanks man. I was among the people that used to do poor, fast, non-full ROM push ups. I could knock out 50 of them no problem. It makes a world of difference when you use proper form. It's way harder but you also are getting more benefit from the movement. Same deal with pull ups.

  • I'm trying to get to 3x100. All full range push ups. Doing 3 sets at each go and adding 1 push up each day to each set. I'm on day 37 and it's getting super tough. I know exactly how you felt at 35 then! I'm not sure how the next few days will pan out? May have to repeat a few days? So many people post push ups that are so lame. It's all about all the way down and all the way up.

  • @sallen43 yea I never paid much attention to form for a long time. However the difference in a full ROM push up and a half effort is huge. Same thing with pull ups. You are trying to get to THREE 100 push up sets? With how much recovery in between? That sounds insane, I need to see that video!!
