Most of the police abuse is the elected governments fault. Not the cops fault.

Lets see cops that are very under trained, over worked, short handed, threaten daily, spit on.

I believe most cops end up with a form post traumatic stress distress. Which the city fails to offer confidential treatment. So you end up with dead people.

Oh yeah, Cops need a lotta extra training to tell the difference between a Candy bar and a gun, or a wallet and a gun, or a VCR remote and a gun, or a Hair Clip and a Gun, or a Spatula and a Gun. Cops, simply cannot be that stupid. I guess they need extra training to distinguish common household items from guns, and until they can, keep em off the Force.

To fix the problem is don’t hire any cops until he has had about two years of a trade school for cops. Next the on going training program will be about three hours a day. That should include Physical training, marshal arts, book work, once a week fire arms training. Oh yes counseling to help with the stress.

If you choose latter and it turns out 2 be a gun, by the time you saw the gun, it's probably pointing directly at you already, by the time your mind's telling your finger to pull the trigger, the bullet of that person's gun is already in the air, by the time you pull the trigger you probably already dead!
