I think it reflects very well the joys of studying medicine, the cultural experiences of living in another country, adapting and adjusting to the new lifestyle, it focused more on the positive side of india, ofc. but overall, i think it said a lot about what a student really wants in their hearts when studying in a uni: getting a degree, and at the same time, have fun.
that unrequited love story thing really wasnt necessary, cudve avoided considering its an educational insti..sure it all happens but still it jars a little
