  • sas is the fucking shet look more abaout spetsnaz and u ll see who got to be first (spetsnaz)

  • @hurro67 I must have missed the funny part of the SEALs helicopter crash. Unless your saying the death of the men who do what you wouldn't is funny...

  • @jgro87 Well considering none of them died...It is quite funny when people think the Seals are amazing.

  • I'm very interested that nobody mentions the SBS! why - because they mostly stay under the radar and don't court media interest- should be in anybodys list but most of you know very little about them.

  • The SAS are the best hand picked group in the world.

  • French foreign legion is elite, but in no way they can be compared to special forces. does the therm tier 1 and tier 2 say anything to you?

  • My top 5 special forces

    1. SAS - British, Australian and New Zealand

    2. Delta Force - American

    3. Spetnaz - Russian

    4. Sayaret Matkal - Israeli

    5. Task Force 22 - Canadian

  • @99insano i like your list, but id change things around, SAS, JTF2, Delta, Spetz, Sayaret imo.

  • I think the special forses competition would be interesting.

  • why so many dislikes? sas is the best, im serious

to many americans who think differant i rekon (no offence to americans)

  • U.S Navy SEALS VS. British S.A.S type this in -_- sas would is the best hand picked group in the world!!!

    thumbs up if im right!

  • @toxicegg88 the best handpicked group in the world is SEAL Team 6 and Special Activities Division.

  • The French Foreign Legion is an elite unit but not a special forces unit. My list would be: 1. Br. SAS, 2. USN SEALs, 3. Rus. Spetsnaz, 4. Is. Seyetet, 5. Ger. KSK. The Green Berets are counter-insurgents, not commandos. Delta Force and JSOC might make the Top 10, but not the Top 5. Incidentally, the FFL considers only the USMC anywhere as good as them.

  • I love the way Americans always talk about killing terrorist yet they themselves were charged with terrorism at a international nations court but they VETO'd it :)

  • You failed miserably...you just showed videos of regular U.S. Infantry instead of Delta Force...

  • SEALS mate? SEALS and SAS are like little bro n big bro man!

  • chopper pilots were not seals. they were army. and it was mechanical not pilot error anyway

  • Spetsnaz!

  • this is all shit watch these guyz from my country: /watch?v=bHJg66OcVms&feature=related

  • I'm not sure who started counter-terrorism but I do know SEAL team #6 and SAS have trained together in counter-terrorism. While Bin Laden nerver admitted to 9/11, we all know he was involved in terrorist attacks worldwide. So if the SAS wasn't even looking for him, why not?

  • How come number 3 Delta but you don't show any Delta????????

  • You Americans are so arrogant. Those SEALs aren't the best. Just because they killed osama doesn't mean shit. The American intelligence located him that was the real hard work. Actually killing an unarmed old man in a room while attacking by surprise isn't very hard. However keeping a helicopter airborne above 12 feet to prevent it from crashing into walls they already knew were there proved to be the hardest of them all.

  • You're an absolute idiot...the freakin' SEALs are the most powerful force in the world!!

    Do your research!!!

  • @tojo413 Well....I did my research...how can seals be the most powerfull force in the world when the CIA and the SOG all take men rom the navy seals as improved operatives.....that would make them better than seals at least.....whos the absolute idiot now lol :)

  • Where are the Seals? This is all bullshit!!!

  • One of each member of the special forces sat around a campfire one night, talking about who was the toughest. The US Navy SEAL didn't say anything... he just sat at the campfire and kept stirring the coals with his dick! I guess that's why you never even mentioned the SEALs. Ask Bin Laden how tough they are... oops, too late!

  • @astrofrk didnt a seals helicopter crash without being attacked outside the bin laden compound lol???

  • @hurro67 And you are blaming the SEALs? Are you saying that has/could never happen with the ten you mentioned?

  • @hurro67 the same happened to the delta force in Iran in the 80's

  • @hurro67 Where you from England? Im assuming because of your background on your channel..and your talking shit bout the SEALS? You know how many times we've save your British asses from being wipped off the map? I'd be quiet because the Seals are for sure one of the most ELITE Special forces in the WORLD.

  • @marines5758 ok i think uk wasn't saved by the seals alone at any point in time but i do believe they should be ranked in the top 3

  • @maxdasniper Not just saying Seals...Im saying by america alone. We put our own money out to fucking protect other countries and we get nothing back.

  • @marines5758 not trying to start an argument or anything but do you not realise that the only reason america puts their money or army out to any country is because they ARE getting something from it. sad to say but thats how things work on our side of the world, if a country has something we need we take it by bribe or by force!!!

  • @hurro67 Shit happens.

  • @astrofrk you americans are so aregent saying that you are the best but there are other counterys too who took out other terrorist's or people....

  • @jamesbond21ps3 I know what a SEAL can do and I know they do joint missions with the SAS and others. I have alot of respect for all of them. Apparently, you do not share this opinion. It seems you do well stereotyping entire nations of people but that shows who you are, not who I am.

  • @jamesbond21ps3 True, I dont think any other country ever took ten years to find and kill an unarmed man, then make a huge spectacle out of it about how good their special forces were while violating another countries sovereinty and commiting a war crime in the act lol ?? are not covert operations just that,.....C.O.V.E.R.T.?

  • @jamesbond21ps3 But on the other hand...thats just imature american government hype...the men in the field just followed orders. just like special forces anywhere in the world. Next time someone gets kidnapped in another country, I want to see them complain in here after that countries special forces save them. To be true, special forces hit silent and hard, you usually dont see them untill too late. You dont want to be on the recieving end of any special forces. ask ossama?

  • @astrofrk Um its pretty easy to shoot an unarmed man when he is attacked by surprise isn't it? Also they crashed a helicopter because they couldn't fly it properly and in Somalia they crashed a helicopter into a jet despite the fact they travel at altitudes that are so far a part. They are the worst special forces. American military so over rated.

  • @sassy2161 Any operation from any forces can go FUBAR, Mr. Murphy always finds a seat on the trip. At least the SEALs got Bin Laden. Where was your SAS?

  • @astrofrk

How do you know the SAS weren't there anyway? America does such a good job about boasting their achievements you don't even know if it was a SEAL that shot him anyway. SAS were the first counter terrorist group that started it all. America copied them. Besides the only reason why they got him is because America was desperately looking for him while everyone else couldn't give a shit. CIA found him first so they obviously sent Americans to do the job.

  • If Britain found him then the SAS would have done it without losing a helicopter in the process.

  • @sassy2161 Well that is one thing you will never be able to prove, agreed? I like the music in this though.

  • @astrofrk

Bin Laden was betrayed by one of his own group breaking strict rules on the use of cell phones, so don't get too carried away with it all. The S.A.S were not given specifics to 'go after' the man. In fact, if you check the action at Tora-Tora, the S.A.S. were on it, but the U.S. failed to "carry through". It's not wise to 'point the finger' or make spurious comments. The U.S. could take a lesson and keep quiet. Then perhaps the Chinook with the SEAL members on board may have escaped.

  • @arriviste2020 I give respect to all special forces and you talk like the SEALs are a bunch of cunts and now I am calling you as you are! The SEALs came into existance under John F, Kennedy, 20 years after WWII ended and you want to blame the SEALs for Pearl Harbor? Read your history and THEN you can talk to me! You mother fucking bean counting pencil dick cocksucker! Do you know what a SEAL IS? I KNOW! I was trained by one, you fuckwad!

  • @astrofrk

Call it any way you want it. Pearl Harbor,...who mentioned Pearl Harbor? SEALS make mistakes just like anyone else, no one is immune from it, so accept it, Failing that, do some research. If, as you say, you were trained by a SEAL, they certainly never taught you how not to run your mouth.Your statements shout out that your just another 'death or glory boy', Someone to be avoided at all costs in any type of conflict zone. EDA's like you just get people killed, for no good reason.

  • @astrofrk OKS....FYI.....America made it very clear only they would take osama bin laden. ..would not make afghanistan war look good for americn publicity otherwise. but lets look at facts...America used military force on pakistani soverein territory without permission, thats an act of war. Navy seals killed an unarmed man already captured ...thats a war crime. How can anyone respect america that way.

  • @astrofrk took 20 years though...

  • @astrofrk Bin laden was located by MI5 not the cia though. SAS are better than seals but seals are better than sbs

  • My only issue with this is that a majority of the footage for "Delta Force" was actually Marines and Airborne, Delta very rarely commandeers tanks, they are primarily an infantry force dropped off for intel/reconnaissance/informant extraction. The videos of KSK and Spetznaz were refreshing though, many thanks.

  • good job with hard work witness by dipo italy

  • Come on everyone lets be real. In oder to even be considered in the top five you need to have had recent and frequent combat experience. The SAS is legit, seen them in action in Iraq however I do not think they are better at executing any mission anywhere than Delta....Delta is made up of the best of the best from all other SpecOps in the US.

  • Im sure that all of us MUST agree that the SAS are the best Force in the world!!! I mean come on, if you dont think so...read more about the SAS then think again ;)

  • JTF-2 anyone?

  • Sorry mate, but I don't think the French Foreign Legion is considered a special force ! They are just normal infantry (though the REP is very elite)...but glad you think normal French troupes are special forces ! =)

  • @vivelafrance90 me too i tought they were speacail forces there cool!!

  • we british can own all the forces

  • Oh yeah? really? Humm, they all got their ass kicked out of Vietnam too, didn’t they?

  • btw for people who miss understood me i meant as individuals not killing them all

  • While SAS as #1 is at least plausible, but arguable, the rest of the list is incomprehensible. Spetsnaz #2?!!! They can't perform a major anti-terrorist op without slaughtering most of the civilians they are supposed to save.

    US Navy SEAL's?

French and Germans but no Israeli Special Forces? I don't know what your criteria was, but actual combat effectiveness and experience don't seem to have been considered.

  • SAS #1!

  • Australian SASR

The Vietcong called them the "Phantoms of the Jungle"

The SASR had a 500 to 1 kill ratio in Vietnam..

  • Bullshit the british SAS isnt the best special force in the world its the delta force

  • @IAmTehGuNNeR a Navy Seal would kick Delta's Ass British SAS Have Way More Training than our standard SF Doe's. you have to spend 7 year's in the Infantry and then Travel the world going from Training course to training Course for 4 Year's i think. No Disrespect

  • @IAmTehGuNNeR did you know that delta force was formed by a man that served with the british SAS??, he was an exchange officer form the us

  • @IAmTehGuNNeR The SAS is better than the Delta Force. Its the best in the world.

  • @IAmTehGuNNeR

keep dreaming mate look up what you have to do to become SAS then what you have to do to become delta force ... :)

  • @IAmTehGuNNeR I never seen an american marine or Ranger get out of dinner line for a delta member. But guess what, they do for australian sas in afghanistan. Says a lot dont it. Takes a brave man to come betwen a marine and his chow lol

  • KSK is pretty bad ass btw:).

  • We have ex Soviet (USSR) spetsnaz is teaching seasoned navy seals/ marines hand to hand kombat.... here in Dallas. That is just one of many who is not up to date on the latest training in Russian special forces:).

Currently Russian hand to hand combat/ systema is even introduced world wide to military personal and civilians. Israeli are the only ones I've heard of who have something close of such nature.

  • Spetznaz training is much harder, and their far more experienced in counter terrorism than seals or sas.

All branches of spetsnaz must (rotationally)serve in hot spots of South caucus including Chechnya. look into details. This information is basic Wikipedia is a good start:).

Israeli would be my 2nd choice, they live in hot spot. I suggest you look into details on training of all these special forces.

  • sas

  • Alright, I like it. Allow me to put in my input. I would say

    5. KSK

    4. Israeli Commandos

    3. Spetznaz

    2. Delta Force

    1. U.S. Navy SEALS/ British SAS

I give joint credit to number one because you put a squad of each on the ground together and they have the combined effect of an entire division. I would not rank one above the other, nor would anyone convince me otherwise.

I put Delta above Spetznaz only because I believe that Delta has seen more combat experience.

  • where is sayaret 13?

  • the only way that they could do that is if they got us when we were sleeping

  • SAS and SBS are the most highly trained and seasoned soldiers in the world and served in virtually every theatre of war since WW2 - INCLUDING UNOFFICIALLY IN VIETNAM assisting US special forces and advising. Even the US, German, Dutch and the Israeli special forces have been trained and advised by the SAS in the past. No other unit has shown the sheer guts, dedication, commitment and professionalism as those lads. For instance, regarding civilian hostage situations, no one is better than them.

  • most of those scenes were dramatisations, or of completely different units, and spetznaz above delta? come on now.

  • fanboy made , with a total lack of knowledge about military. for your information the French Foreign Legion is not part of special forces.

  • It should be something like. 1: Devgru/Seal team 6. 2: SAS. 3: Delta force 4: navy seals and spetznaz. 5: Israeli commandos

  • @grimreaper1171 I like that order

  • Top five should include seal team 6, sas/sbs,delta force, israeli commandos, and spetznaz.... Foreign legion and ksk shouldn't be close

  • Could be better with better music! Though I partly agree with your ideas and not. WHERE'S THE CHINESE AND ISRAELIS?

  • @Haremlover16

    It does have music?

  • number 1 is the US dumbass

  • @96tinman no. The US has the best equiped troops the UK has by far the most well trained soldiers they are trained to the elite

  • @VoRlC FYI......america does not have the best equiped troops. Australia has an army rated as about 140th in size in the world. With a bit of assistance from america for americas good of course, australia has the eigth highest expenditure on military. it spends about ten times more per soldier than american soldiers. Our elite SASR soldiers have the best of american and german technology at hand at any time. we use the best from all over the world, including america. We give the best.

  • @sqnhunter Australia has the 15th highest military expenditure actually on around 17 Billion US dollars.

  • @hurro67 wiki just says 12th??? another variance in value. Figures run in every direction wherever you look. So i rather take our own figure off the desk. America spends 349 billion a year and is largest spender but spread very thin. Same with other top countries except germany. Like australia, germany goes for a technological military over brute force. In special forces, I think some people need to see them in action.

  • @96tinman actualy military experts have said that the sas is capable of killing every single us soldier at the moment

  • @TripleOGM8 Tch, where the heck did you get that???

  • @TripleOGM8 Hahaha keep dreaming kid. Im sure you call of duty is waiting for you.

  • @TripleOGM8 Actually, I dont know why they would even think to accertain that when the australian SASR has been with america on every battle since 1956. Australian sasr members are regularly training with american special forces and also are attached frequently to marine and ranger forces on the front line as their intelligence service. Marines and rangers are good, but thats assisted by good intelligence....remove the intelligence and might be different?

  • no SBS??!

  • What with shayetet 13? The Israeli commandos

  • Those videos aren't of Delta Force. They normally don't wear military uniforms, and the guy they showed had hair and facial hair to military requirements. Delta doesn't abide by that.

  • @RocLegend08 actually, they fight in both military fatigues and civillian dress, also, what's to say he doesn't just like the look?

  • @RooseTheMighty D-boys wear what ever they want (which would depend on the mission) but the guys shown for Delta are actually mostly rangers and some green berets.

  • @RooseTheMighty I know they do fatigues sometimes, hence the normally part of the sentence. But from some of the stuff I've seen they dress to blend in with the local population of wherever they are. Or at least they did while in the Middle East. That could very well be Delta, I just don't think it is.

  • @RocLegend08 Fair enough, I misunderstood what you were saying.

  • @RocLegend08 like auss sasr...delta have no regulation in the field on hair or beard. Helps them blend into local population when neccesary. SASR and delta both occassionally do civy work....but nearly always in field operation regulatory fatigues. They can still shoot you out of uniform you know...so they dont make it a purposefull danger.lol.

  • Alright first of all you need to involve DevGru (SEAL Team Six). You need to get rid of the French Forces, they don't even compare to the normal SEAL Teams.

  • Y u no has Navy Seals they are some of the best I wnt to be one

  • where is the GIGN???

  • wheres navy seals and SBS and SRS

  • Where is Kopassus???

  • SASR man where were they?

  • The Russian Spetsnaz is nomber 1!!!!

Fuck your self if you don't under stand it

  • yes but he forgot Task Force too ;D

  • @k1nqsh0kzz The task force dnt exist?

  • sas are good but not the best, if you forget seals, cia, 9th Parachute Assault Regiment, swcc, as well as interpol

  • @RiflemanExpert Just like always, seals are best for americans and S.A.S - best for the rest of the world.

  • @PaWLyS2win3ester i dont think seals are just best for americans and i give 110% credit to sas, but you can not say they are the best because if they conduct ops you dont know if they fail or win 75% of the time i think that the best are unheard of im american and dont think the seals are the shit, "like omg its the fucking seals" i dont say that each have their own respectful title

  • speztnaz is not a special force

  • what the fuck is KSK

  • You don't mention SEALs or SBS. The ranking is well out.

  • Spetznas #1 need i say more...

  • @RamboJr6 Yepp.

Spetznas aren't that good that it is proclaimed to be.

  • Wait an American not liking a video because there special forces are not best

  • KARHU RYHMÄ PERKELE !!!!!!

  • SAS nr 1? R u FCKIN KIDDIN ME? POLISH GROM THE BEST EVER

  • SEALS aren't even on the list. So fucking ridiculous.

  • WAIT! I don't believe it. A British person making a British unit no. 1? I don't believe it.

  • Bullshit video

  • Seal team six number 1

  • Comment removed

  • where is Egyptian SF? unit 777

  • SAS are without doubt the elite.the SAS are in afghanistan training THEIR SF's, the SAS are famous as effiecient hostage savers and their reputation alone cause 600 conscripts to surrender to a much smaller forces when they received news that the SAS may be sent in. plus they have an awesome motto

  • 100% correct the SAS are the elite force nobody better.

  • Delta is based on SAS 08richard and have more successful hostage rescues one of the reseons for delta and there other one is because america needed a force like the SAS

  • SAS = FAIL

    DELTA FORCE - WIN!!!!!

  • @08richard8 I think your mistaken...

  • Really glad none of these guys are our enemies...

  • I believe Israeli SF should be included as well. They are definately top 5 material.

  • lol where for example mossad?

  • Check out Brazilian BOPE....

  • Clearly they haven't met the YB..... do your reaserch

  • Not good enough my bad

  • You are trophy hunters and I know ex SAS and they laughed when they found out because they know the truth is your team is good enough for that op and it showed the fact it took 40 minuets to clear a building with only one guy with a ak

  • @Anevilglare Hahah are you stupid muslims retarded? Uhmm... YES?!

It took 5 minutes to kill OSAMA BIN LADEN and it took 35 minutes to search for information in and around the building ;) Maybe you are to retarded to understand but he was still leader of Alqaida so they found alot of information their ;) you fail so hard retarded muslim

  • But mi6 dont go round looking for old men they stop people blowing them selves up in yours and are country they've busted more terrorist plots than the CIA has and that's a fact and there's belief that you only told us days before probably because you know we act hard and fast because were the best and no fame and glore for you

  • where is the polish grom?

  • And if anything by any means, Israel would be the only competition for the SEALs, mostly because every citizen is required to enlist in the IDF for 4 years once the age of 18, male and female alike, and are training krav magna, which means they can kill you with their pinky toe from a mile away.

  • Bin Laden was a world enemy, all of these counties wanted him dead and were all trying, who got him? US Navy SEALS did, why? because the SEALs are the best and are trained in every type of combat for every location on the planet. Sea Air and Land.

  • @zkweis91 you have no clue what your on about they didnt find him the cia did and anyway the sas have the best training and have done so much more than the navy seals

  • @jimmyboi9000 Oh my bad bro, the CIA is from what country again? OHHH SHIT, yeah the US, and the Navy SEALs are from where? OHHH SHIT DUDE, the US. A counties Special Forces is only as good as it's intel. Which leads me back to my 1st comment, stating the Navy SEALs as the best special forces in the world. Good day sir.

  • @zkweis91 Everybody knows the german KSK. But the german SEALS are the best trained soldiers in the german army. Motto: learn to suffer without complaining

  • love the song love the s.a.s

  • Us SEALs SAS share #1

  • u fuckin ass ,,,that's not true,,u can say : in my f**** Opinion" fuck u

  • @kikooolover SAS trained every other special forces in the world. We are the best hands down, none can come close to our training and determination.

  • not even going to say who i think is the best but i you have all made me smile with your big judgments with little knoledge half of the units mentioned arnt even the elite of there own country and yet you rank them above others please voice your opinions but please base them on facts

  • @azzbat2387 Does 30 years training our own give any creadence to fact, or is fact just an ideal of some who alludes without statement to maybe knowing all or possibly nothing in actual fact. Fact is a magnificent word. But means absolutely nothing.

  • israel or usa should b 1st! the british shud b 3rd!

  • SAS have been outdated since hte 60s. DELTA is by far the best. Best technology, no expense sparred training, the highest of the high in the US Army that recruits from the Berets, SEALs and rangers. No SF has been more successful and no military is anywhere near CLOSE to the amount and power of the US. Placing Delta 3rd means your some fucking moron who needs to have themselves shot by Delta :D

  • @wiggalama This is the result of 30 years of the very best america has to offer with the very best of equipment and nothing spared, concidering training for DELTA started in 1970. After this, i dont have to change your opinion of Delta as your just very patriotic, and not very bright. The intelligent persons will see how very little so much has achieved. In most cases, Delta did no more than the SAS operatives did when seconded by USA to do so. We do not help US to hear so much arrogance.

  • @wiggalama This is the result of 30 years of the very best america has to offer with the very best of equipment and nothing spared, concidering training for DELTA started in 1970. • @wiggalama Delta Force - Notable Operations

    1979 - Pan American Games

Delta worked with the FBI in providng security for the Pan American Games in Puerto Rico(woofucking hoo?)

    1980 - Thailand Plane Hijacking

Delta is rumored to have assisted in the take down of a hijacked Indonesian airliner in Bangkok

(bet an american started that rumour lol)

  • @wiggalama 1980 - Iran - Operation Eagle Claw

Delta's 1st combat mission, the attempt to rescue American civilians from Iran, ended in disaster at remote desert air strip in the Iranian desert.

    1983 - Grenada - Operation Urgent Fury

Delta took part in an aborted helicopter-borne assault on Richmond Hill prison.

    1989 - Panama - Operation Acid Gambit

A daring Delta/160th SOAR rescue mission frees an American held in a Panamanian prison

  • @wiggalama 1991 - Kuwait / Iraq - Operation Desert Storm

Delta Force operated behind enemy lines, hunting Saddam's SCUD launchers. (along with british and australian sas)

Delta Force soldiers also acted as bodyguards for General Norman Schwarzkopf (and so, ???) Still trying to see importance here?

1993 - Somalia - Operation Restore Hope / Gothic Serpent

Delta, along with the Rangers and 160th SOAR, hunted for rebel leadership in the war-torn African nation. ( we all saw that cockup)

  • @wiggalama @wiggalama Mid-nineties - The Balkans

Delta Force joined the hunt for Serbian war criminals in the aftermath of the war in the former Yugoslavia. Along with soldiers from many nations.;)

2001 - Operation Enduring Freedom ( what a gigantic cockup that was)

On the night of 19th October 2001, a large helicopter-borne Delta Force raid, supported by Rangers, was carried out against a compound where Taliban leader Mullah Omah sometimes stayed. (And got fucked over bad)

  • @wiggalama @wiggalama December 2001 - Delta were deployed into the mountains of Tora Bora in efforts to track down Osama Bin Laden. (only took 10 yeras and 140 000 support troops. sad times eh?)

Delta contributed operators to AFO (Advance Force Operations) reconnaissance units that were active during the campaign against the Taliban and Al Qaeda, including the Operation Anaconda, early 2002. What a cluster f*k anaconda was. Even the US army couldnt believe delta and colonel KURTz ???

  • @wiggalama 2003 - Iraq - Operation Iraqi Freedom

Delta Force inserted covertly into Iraq to pin point targets for air strikes (Pity they never scored a single scud in the western desert)

    2003 - Iraq - Saddam Hussein Captured

Delta take Saddam into custody in a bloodless but superbly-handled operation (Takes years to learn how to roll into town and search houses and find old men??? )

  • @sqnhunter "To win a 100 battles is not the height of skill. To win without fighting is." ~Sun Tzu, The Art of War Further, Delta is King of the Hill for a reason, the best training, technology, and heighest level soldiers chosen. The nature of their work means that only a fraction of the details into their victories can be said, yet their results speak for themselves, specially since the are still around getting better and better :D

  • where the navy seals their better then delta

  • @blackoutf62 Delta RECRUITS SEALS, 75TH RANGER REGIMENT, AND ESPECIALLY GREEN BERETS MORON. The closest the SEALS have to Delta is DEVGRU(SEAL Team 6) which is still inferior.
