I find it amazing that many people get into their 30s without figuring these things out. Everyone's gotta learn at some point that you have to accept having to do things you dislike, so you just need a way to cope with or detach all emotion from washing dishes or folding laundry or whatever.

That is excellent advice! I just started working out again after noticing my flab in the center starting to form and it is always easier to do that aerobic stuff with my i pod on with Snatum Kaur chanting thoughts of peace and love in my ear. I was waiting for the train today and while doing that, I was just observing people around me and thinking about what thoughts I had while doing it. I dont know if you guys ever do that, but its very interesting to really think about why you are thinking something and try to figure out why your reactions are the way they are. Turns even the most boring moments into something interesting.
For me its getting in the right frame of mind to do the task you have to do, and when your in that frame of mind ,the task will become fun to do, I find that when I clean and tidy 1 room I'm in the zone and tidy every room in the house and enjoy it. music helps get you ni the mood to tidy, so maybe a raise in frequency and getting in the right frame of mind go hand in hand.

Flow is so beautiful. The best way i go is letting go control and going with the flow.
In fact there is no control. We can definitly wish WHAT happens, but HOW it will actually manifest in our life is not our buisness. It`s the buisness of the universe. We even don`t have to find out what is best for us, we can just stop trying to influence the outcome of the universe, and then we will get what we need.
It`s just so simple, everything is already perfect. Stop putting obstacles in your way!

Ha, Good things don't just come to me. In fact the opposite seems to be true. But through careful planning and dedicated effort over about 18 years or so I've managed to make a good life anyway. Now I'm on easy street with zero debt and my expenses are only 30% of my take home pay. But none of it just came to me. I had to work, work hard, and work for years, to make it happen.
Good things tend to gravitate to beautiful people and run screaming from guys like me. So getting good things takes work

I didn't really call it going with the flow. Just not fighting and forcing your way to things. Whenever you force it, it comes too early, too late, or all wrong. There is a rhythm or flow like you say.
I agree. It pays to be optimistic while heading toward your goals of achievement. What is very irritating though are some of the distractions that pop up along the way. Especially if the distraction is by someone that's an emotional-mental drainer. I always try to avoid these types because their intentions are aimed at bringing you down to their level. I guess this is probably where the phrase "misery loves company" comes from.
I usually get butt naked and do a few laps around the neighborhood before making dinner. It gets me happy ; where my mind is on the great run I had. That is what I do to relax. Than I will watch a little morningmayan to get me feeling good.

Excellent! I agree completely! The past week for me has been quite a roller coaster. But I have been on such a high vibration that the negative events haven't effected me as much as they could have. I just allow karma or what have you, take care of it for me, and remain positive and happy. I let go of the fear and anger and let the person who caused me pain deal with the manifestations of their actions. Ironically, the person who taught me about vibrations, is the one who has done me wrong.
An important message to counter all the doom and gloom messages that seem to be permeating the 'truthers'. I'd really LOVE to see the whole truther movement raise it's general frequency. I'm convinced that's why Alex Jones and Amy Goodman are allowed to do what they do---because it keeps those hungry for truth, down.
That's why we need more of your uplifting messages---to raise us back up again and turn things in our favor. =))
I believe you're right, I know that pursuing misery doesn't bring joy and it's not noble or righteous either. I've felt much guilt, shame and regret for no reason other than the mistaken belief that I was supposed to-that it was moral and I was obliged to. This accomplishes nothing more than keeping one stuck in the same place and is not good for the people around you or the World. Joy is right path to pursue.

I heard it said "If you don't condemn, you don't have to forgive either." Resentment sucks a whole lot too, but if you realize that you are strengthened by your afflictions, then where does resentment find room? Ignorance leads to knowing in a moebius strip sort of way.
This is really a great video. My life has been horrible the last 2 years. If I feel like I am swimming upstream, does this mean I am doing something wrong? I have goals, but I feel like life keeps blocking me at every turn. Last night, I was like fuck it.. I surrender. I care about my future, but maybe I should just let life happen- as you say.

thank you so much for reminding this of me :) i have lost sight of who I am and probably have even damaged my frequency because of the bad times i have been going through... but i am going to go with the flow like i have before and gotten through the tough times with God :) im gonna be myself again

wonderful wise advice. I recently subscribed, i find your videos to be so uplifting,thought provoking,and informative and i was wondering if you have any thoughts or opinions on planet X. if it is a real event and if so is it part of 2012 and did the mayans mention it at all. i havent had a chance to see all your past videos yet so i dont know if youve covered this topic or not. and thank you for posting these videos when i find my self living in low awareness/frequency you help me get on track

Ha, Good things don't just come to me. In fact the opposite seems to be true. But through careful planning and dedicated effort over about 18 years or so I've managed to make a good life anyway. Now I'm on easy street with zero debt and my expenses are only 30% of my take home pay. But none of it just came to me. I had to work, work hard, and work for years, to make it happen.
Good things tend to gravitate to beautiful people and run screaming from guys like me. So getting good things takes work

I didn't really call it going with the flow. Just not fighting and forcing your way to things. Whenever you force it, it comes too early, too late, or all wrong. There is a rhythm or flow like you say.

I agree. It pays to be optimistic while heading toward your goals of achievement. What is very irritating though are some of the distractions that pop up along the way. Especially if the distraction is by someone that's an emotional-mental drainer. I always try to avoid these types because their intentions are aimed at bringing you down to their level. I guess this is probably where the phrase "misery loves company" comes from.

I usually get butt naked and do a few laps around the neighborhood before making dinner. It gets me happy ; where my mind is on the great run I had. That is what I do to relax. Than I will watch a little morningmayan to get me feeling good.

Excellent! I agree completely! The past week for me has been quite a roller coaster. But I have been on such a high vibration that the negative events haven't effected me as much as they could have. I just allow karma or what have you, take care of it for me, and remain positive and happy. I let go of the fear and anger and let the person who caused me pain deal with the manifestations of their actions. Ironically, the person who taught me about vibrations, is the one who has done me wrong.

An important message to counter all the doom and gloom messages that seem to be permeating the 'truthers'. I'd really LOVE to see the whole truther movement raise it's general frequency. I'm convinced that's why Alex Jones and Amy Goodman are allowed to do what they do---because it keeps those hungry for truth, down.
That's why we need more of your uplifting messages---to raise us back up again and turn things in our favor. =))

I believe you're right, I know that pursuing misery doesn't bring joy and it's not noble or righteous either. I've felt much guilt, shame and regret for no reason other than the mistaken belief that I was supposed to-that it was moral and I was obliged to. This accomplishes nothing more than keeping one stuck in the same place and is not good for the people around you or the World. Joy is right path to pursue.

This is really a great video. My life has been horrible the last 2 years. If I feel like I am swimming upstream, does this mean I am doing something wrong? I have goals, but I feel like life keeps blocking me at every turn. Last night, I was like fuck it.. I surrender. I care about my future, but maybe I should just let life happen- as you say.

Those keys make it easier to roll with the punches! And U don't have to master it in one day! Somedays U might not do it at all--but-U will remember the days it did work for U!!! Thank you for your assistance :) I have been working on vibrational raising alot and when you do that your right things manifest like bam bam bam its very exciting.
