Then explain the warehouse with the chairs and big screen, the briefcase that was called "Secret Files, the start point in front of the train, and all the cars parked and the long tables with the 2 guys in the garage.

It is a MODIFIED Depot. He can't take all the credit for its creation. I doubt that someone could just build a level like the original Depot. It takes very careful planning.
