After I paid off the house for like the 4th time, I thought I was about to beat the game then Tom Nook was like "NOPE, PAY ME MORE MONEY FOR S*** YOU DON'T NEED!" It took me more than a year of playing with me and my brother switching every now and then. After that I was just like f*** it, I'm not playing anymore. Thanks for uploading Apollo.

you need to pay off the room, big room, basement and upstairs to get the two story store. the store gets bigger after the third payment of any part of the house. thanks for stopping by!
took me about 3 months here and there. you must pay off your house many times - ($) pay off the basement, the bigger room, the upstairs and then the house. prolly totalling about $1,500,000.00 (estimated). last payment is $798,000.00 before you get the statue. good luck!
