I must say, even though you went to fast on the drive, you have to admit that Louisiana looks so beautiful in the spring and summer. Come to think of it, I might one day when I have my drivers license and am out of my fathers house, I might take a road trip up to Louisiana and go throughout every town and city if possible. Thank you sir for putting this up. I hope you have a great week. Thanks, come back and see me
With all the semi truck commerce that travel that highway, you would think LADOT would have made the segment between B.R. and Lafayette six lanes. Too bad the money's not there now.
one word: Gorillapod. Great invention. You can mold it and wedge it in any shape you want. two of the legs wedge into my dashboard, the third pushes on the glass to steady the camera. I also use a black towel on the dashboard to cut down on reflections in the glass.

Time lapse? My commute from Hammond to BR looks just like this! haha
Seriously though, really cool video. I travel all over Louisiana because of work and it's neat seeing all the recognizable stuff at speed! Cheers!

Just curious how you mounted your camera? I'm wanting to use a digital SLR for this.
