@Whiterhin018 You are right about we did go into Iraq for the oil yes BUT we didnt go in to seise Iraq's oil we went in to protect our oil assets in Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and several middle east countries that Saddam Hussein was threatening to attack w/ soldiers and chemical WMD's.

We also feared that Saddam Hussein would become friends w/Osama Bin Laden(they actually were friends) and Saddam would give Osama WMD's to unleash on US and NATO soil.

@kalyfest How? Vietnam was a conflict, never a war unlike Iraq. We didnt put in as much troops in vietnam as we did into Iraq. We not only defeated our enemy within weeks in Iraq but we scared the shit out of them so much it dissolved into the common population, we did not do that in Iraq. We were bombed on US soil, first time since WWII, we never did in vietnam. We have more public support in Iraq then we did in vietnam.
