very nice video, straightforward explanation on how to set up your camera, i gave up with small cameras, untill run into Tachyon XC its shockproof waterproof, it has great recording capabilities at night, just FYI :)
I finally gave up on the in-helmet camera set up too. Just ordered a GoPro HD - good picture and gets the cam out of my face (in case I crash, I keep my teeth). Will record the audio separately on my iPhone with a helmet headset. Are you doing any vlogs?
No my poor bike was totaled last summer going to buy new Ducati this spring yipeee : D, right now i only have regular camera, going this friday to Chicago motorcycle show i'm hoping to see new Ducati line up , another motorcycle i'm interested in is V-Max, anyways check out Tachyon(.)com you'll love that camera
your camera in helmet set up is the cleanest... trust me i have see a few from the vloggers on you tube, but yours operates as if they were made for each other! great job
Great setup. It's good that you didn't have to alter the inner lining. You have pretty fair visibility once the camera is in as well. One thing I noticed though was that your helmet seems to be too big for you. It slipped on and off too easily, and doesn't seem snug when on in my humble opinion. Lots of videos on youtube for helping to determine proper helmet fit. Loved the video! Have fun, be safe.
Hi Drino1969. I have a gopro hero 3 mounted to the side of my motorcycle but I wanted a camera to use in my helmet and after seeing your setup I went ahead and brought the camera from amazon and should get it tomorrow. Its a great setup and hope you do more video blogs.
another thing u should know when buying a camera is to get the kind [[lik dis]] without a lens bcuz u can jam the lens if u hit it on something..or just simply drop it.
Best setup I've seen yet. Good work and thanks for the video; I'm going to attempt to emulate you setup!
Thanks!

Nicely done! When my Kodak V570 goes kaput, I'll have to try that set up. Thanks for sharing that with us.

Try putting some padding on the back of the cam. Another video blogger broke his teeth when he crashed.
