They missed probably the best episode of season 1, where Claire is kidnapped by Ethan and Charlie is strung up and left for dead! This is where Lost took and made the Others more sinister - especially when Ethan kicks the crap out of Jack!! Leading up to the awsome season cliffhanger with Mr Friendly!!
