  • I should think that if you are part of a "liberty movement" you wouldn't be handing out alcahol to passers-by. It would probably be a good idea to eliminate the stuff from any activities you set up for these time frames. The number of times that you get arrested and get released, or win in court sounds like a oersonal issue. You can win in court, but that doesn't mean you did NOT give cops justifiable cause to make the arrest. This looks like a form of entrapment on your part. Accomplishment=0

  • @ohannahdad my friend who was a Denver cop told me some things about them that are pretty scary.he said they would sell drugs and take drugs and most where corrupt.he went own and said a lot of them had hooker g/f on the side and they would have drug party's with the hookers.he told me how they stole things and sell them to fences or crooked pawn shops dealers.he told how Denver cops would laugh about how they had abused blacks and lied on them to get them in prison doesn't sound like nice cops.

  • @maverick10241 A friend of mine was pulled over by a Deputy Sheriff (his brother-in law) for open container. This friend had an illegal amount of fish that he had caught, a 24pack & some weed. The Dep. didn't write a ticket for anything, but confiscated the fish, beer, & weed. Later in the week my friend got a phone call from the brother in law Dep He thanked my friend for the fish & beer snack, and said he and some other Deps.enjoyed it and that the weed was "good stuff." This wasn't Denver!

  • well done please keep it up

  • You guys are to soft and apologetic if you are going to this bus tour you really need to know your rights and the law you cannot ask police for legal advice you must know it and forcefully stand by it.if you are going to play with alcahol you are giving the whole liberty movement a bad name I don't know what you were thinking. Most of the encounters with police in your vids have been bad with arrests.U all need to regroup and get a better plan, learn the law for a start and rights in each State.

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit You already used that one. Try another, slugger. ;)

  • You can photo or record anyone, anytime in public. It doesn't matter that he wants you to "ask" because its "nice." However, they were there to investigate a complaint of you guys giving away "free beer." When an officer makes a lawful contact you are required in Colorado to present I.D. Not sitting up and complying with the officer's request isn't exactly resisting; it is failure to obey a lawful order, however.

  • Thug #1: Why is this evidence?

    Thug #2: I don't know.

Shouldn't you have had more context so people know for certain it is two cops talking in your soundbite on your cut version? Maybe a question: "The cops are clueless? That's no surprise, is it?"

Or a reference to the fact that the average IQ of a cop is 104 (2 points above average intelligence)

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit You're statement doesn't make much sense. Cops are clueless because they're two points above average intelligence? That still makes them smarter than the average person.

  • @BenB8290 Actually you must be a person of average or below average intelligence since it doesn't make sense. According to the lie spread to the sheep (you) we (americans) only hire the best and the brightest - the most qualified for a job). That is why we must pay people in congress and ceo's of huge corporations huge salaries so we can attract 'the best and the brightest' for the job. With an 104 IQ can the cop defend himself in court? Nope - he is an incompentent. Make sense grass eater?

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit Nope. Couldn't see your point through all the condescending, anti-government, tin foil hat bull shit. Nice try at a reply, though.

  • @BenB8290 I never expected a drone like you to catch on to start with - which is why I made the immediate disclaimer - idiot.

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit Disclaimer? Where? A disclaimer denotes uncertainty, waiver or risk. Normally it implies a warning. So where is it again? Seems conveyance and vocabulary aren't your strong suits. xD

  • @BenB8290 Reading comprehension clearly isn't yours, idiot.

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit You're a real glutton for punishment, huh? Reading comprehension isn't applicable when trying to decipher some non-existant point in the midst of some rambling diatribe. I must've not realized that I was in a battle of wits with a Rhodes Scholar. HA! You still haven't answered my question; where was the disclaimer? Was calling me a person of average or below intelligence it? Your brilliance isn't exactly shining here.

  • @BenB8290 Let's see it couldn't figure out the first comment so now the idiot feels it can makes its winning stand on the second point. But it appears it will end up ranting and raging for a while and then eventually slither back into obscurity.

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit So you see what you're doing then? By all means make a blanket statement about cops with a statistic that's more than likely fake, then become hostile when someone questions the point of your ramblings. How's that for obscurity?

  • @BenB8290 It is still ranting and raving! Hahahahaha! It can't research the statistic so it shows it's impotence! It will run out of steam sooner or later.

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit So it appears you have given up bringing any kind of logic into this discussion. Not that you did in the first place, though I allowed you the opportunity. The bottom line is you brought up the statistic and have failed to produce the source to prove its validity. It appears you have no shame as you continue to embarrass yourself. Well done. ;)

  • @BenB8290 Just stick to saying "Duh!"

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit So lame. I'll give you another chance for a comeback, though.

  • @BenB8290 It is a glutton for punishment so I will oblige it.

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit That's your second chance comeback? You certainly are a glutton for punishment. Do you get off on being humilated or what?

  • @BenB8290 It is delusional. It thinks It thinks it is "winning." A 'legend' in it's own mind.

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit Yawn...more substandard comebacks from a social leper that probably lives in his mother's basement. You're not exposing corruption, you're not "bringing down the establishment", you're not "standing up to the man"; you're a moron with contempt for authority who knows no self-responsibility.

That's why I bust back; you don't phase me.

  • @BenB8290 I like you're style!

  • @cmahrens87 Thanks! :)

  • @BenB8290 You hit the nail on the head BenB! He does live with his Mommy, not sure if in the basement, but I am very closely connected with one of the people that was present for his arrest last year, and no Terry it wasn't one of the officers, and that person informed me that he lives with his Mom! Now I'm just trying to figure out how he is collecting welfare or SSI to have money to print these flyers, since he doesn't have a job.

  • @cmahrens87 HAHA! Is Terry his name? I bet he extorts money from mom or better yet, an allowance! What was his arrest for?

  • @BenB8290 Yep, his name is Terry Nemmers, he's 48 years old. The last arrest was for trespassing with refusal to vacate, two counts. A year before that he was arrested for possessing a pistol/assault weapon after having a felony, and there are a couple of other things too. It's all on my vid if you want to check it out :)

  • @cmahrens87 Thanks for the info.
