  • The guy had major warning, she told him and he didnt listen so got bitten. Total idiot - dogs dont growl and show their teeth as a game, they mean business.

  • Thats what you get for being silly and annoying the dog!

  • hes so cute XD

  • haha i had 2 dogs. 1 laso opso and one golden retrever. they had puppies and they are amazingly wied. strange mix :D

  • u have to get your lhasa socialized and used to getting touched as a puppy so they don't react like this when they're older!

  • my lhasa lets me touch his paws all the time

  • Lhasa's aren't aggressive and won't be if they are raised with love and kindness. The A..hole in this clip taunted the dog and the dog bit him. Well deserved I might add. People like him make a case for all dog owners to be trained and licensed before they can own a dog.

I feel sorry for the poor dog. No doubt he has had a tough life.

  • My Lhasa died march 3 2011 baby best gimme dat treat

  • I agree with jagedtears. I love my dog but he is very aggressive!!

  • No they are not down write mean JAGGEDTEARS- you dip shit! Lhasa's are one of the smartes breeds out there so if your parents dog bit then thats because you guys all sucked with raising dogs! asshole!

  • I had a lhasa apso he lived to be almost 17 they are great little dogs who act and sound alot more like big dogs. That also comes along with a big attitude and stubborness. Don't piss them off they will let you know lol But they have their soft sweet side as well. I miss my Benji :(

  • @NocturnalSweetie

and I miss my Tashi . swwet little lhasa girl

  • lelemartins is right, they are the greatest breed ever. Mine died one month before his 15 birthday 4 years ago & still miss him like mad. What a character, he saw me through 2 marriages & kept me going when I thought all in life was lost. He was a stubborn bugger though, but I guess that's why we got on so well !

  • foolish

  • Lhasa Apsos maybe small, but never underestimate their assertive and defensive nature when threatened.

  • Don't blame her one bit, you would do the same in her place! Glad she lived for so long, they are great little dogs, my daughters Lhasa is 15, I have got a puppy bitch hopefully will have a litter one day.

  • Greatest breed ever. Smart, cute, good companions. They do kive long too... Gotta luv Lhasas!

  • very cute - my lhasa does the same thing. he'll "attack" anyone if i tell him to, and then just licks them after he bites them. funny dogs!

  • yea, Do not touch lhasas paws!

  • Yup that's a lhasa for you, they all have rules ;)

  • Im so sorry about the loss of your dog she probebly lived a good life. Im going to get a lhasa apso in october.

  • I'm sorry to hear about your Lhasa Apso...I have one and her name is Molly - she is 3 1/2 year old...It's great that you had her for 18 years. They are so full of life even at their older age it seems.

  • my lhasa ain't like that , he's nice and sweet , just whimpers whenever I tease him , and he loves being cuddled , by me ofc.. He never bites even if I take his food away.

  • glad she died- she no longer has to deal with you assholes!

  • you peopleshould not own dogs if you do not understand them.. you ought to own fuckin fish you assholes!

  • Mine lays in my doorway at night protecting me:)

  • hahahhahha, o meu tão bonzinho não morde nunca

  • he was angry because he protect his family or who he knoos because lhsa lapsos are ment to guard the monks i have one and whn i go to slepp it has to be there it goes every where well maybe not showr ^^

  • Woah! :O That dog doesn't look happy!

  • I have 2 lhasas (same litter) who are 10 years old. The female is domineering and crafty. The male is goofy (not quite intelligent and becuz of that, so lovable) with a really kind heart. They sleep with me every night. Ever since they turned 10, I have been really afraid that they reached the end of their lifespan, and have been telling the male that he's the best dog and that i love him very much. I shower attention on the female too. Could readers share how long their lhasas live to?

  • @hotloverboy666 Mine lived one month short of 15 years. They live longer than most dogs. I had to put him down because he went blind & became very very depressed. It was the hardest thing I have ever done particularly as I live alone. They are such empathic dogs he ( Sam ) (knew me inside out.

  • sick, don't train dogs to be aggressive or fearful.

  • you don't deserve to have a dog. These are very friendly dogs, I have one of my own. Why all this teasing? You are not funny at all, not one bit!

  • ya, why are u teasing her, kiwi my dog hates to be tease, if u tease him, surely he will attack u.

  • dude i have one lhasa apsoi love it when he makes that face i just crack up laghfing

  • The helena

o meu cachorro é igual, um descuido e pronto lá foi uma mordidinha.

  • Comment removed

  • my lhasa bite me when he was in trouble and wanted fed, since then we have been much tougher and hes much more behaved, i didnt realise before how moody they were as a breed! But i love him to bits and hope he lives as long as this puppy did. its amazing how alike all lhasa's are when you watch them on youtube.

  • I have a lhasa. Thing is moody as hell. And you have to be tough with them.

  • Sorry about your hand :(

Thanks for not throwing your adorable dog out of anger, you seem like you treat her well :)

You gently put her on the floor!

  • LOL. WEIRD. I do the same EXACT thing with my Lhasa, the hand claw thing. And she makes the same face. It's so funny. She's sleeping on me right now. :P

  • lmao my dog makes the same face when he growls hes nice but always growls when he is tired =-O

  • That is plain cruel, you teased the poor thing for it to bite you. Keep doing that, and you've got a snappy dog on your hands! And I agree with 12has34, ALL living creatures must be treated with respect. I'm not a Hippy sort of person, but it's what I believe.

  • You did it on purpose to have her bite you. Can't blame her. Hell, I'd have bitten you.

  • they shouldn't do that if they are looked after and not teased when being raised.

  • I have a Lhasa and she is nice but she nips little kids. This is one her few downfalls.

  • i think they all do that! seriously, mine can be so mean sometimes lol

  • check out some of my dog videos,my dogs look similar.

  • my lhasa is the sweetest dog on the planet. like she lick ur feet for daysssss.. lmaoo..

  • my Lhasa Apso is mean.

He snarls at me when i go up to stroke him. But he loves my mum and step dad...

  • i have one and it does that to me to lol :) its not sore its only a little nip LOL

  • i have a lahsa and she has a pretty bad temper too but really can u blame her and this dog ? i mean how would you like if some1 just started sticking there hand in ur face repededly. id be pissed and bite there hand off. lol my lahsa bit a germen sheperd in the nose for sniffin her but at the groomer. the dog just wimpered off into a corner and they had to bandage it. but no serious injuries.

  • be thender with a lhasa apso she or a he need to be traeted with respect when you won't do that he or she will attack evrey time....

  • oh u scared her that why she bit she didnt see your hand so she bit what she thought was attacking her

  • she looks great for 15!!!

  • I think he deserved that......

  • yerr

  • like mine

  • that is cruel my dog is sweet and she is a Lhasa!

  • I had a Lhasa - they MEAN IT when they bite and do not let go. Can rip you up good, believe it or not. I now have a very sweet poodle!! So nice!

  • hahahohohuhuhihihehe

  • I tend to agree with the previous comment, though I personally wouldn't tease my Lhasa as she has a bit of an attitude problem already!!! My littlun needs no encouraging and has a temper of a rottweiler (scars on my face to prove it!)

  • lol all these comments are so exaggerated! It was harmless teasing, and a harmless nip.

    Which was kinda funny....

so cute when it growls hehe

  • she got hurt bit the attacker it was all fine accident i see and the dogs is just defending her self ots nothing wrong with it ( i know because u were a little too hard when you were gonna lift her down)

  • the dog bit you probley cus you were enoying it you woudent like it well nether dose the dog ];

  • Why ru teasing her? I hope she bites your finger off asshole

  • Dumb hicks, don;t torment your dog and she won't bite you!

  • gosh i have the same kind of dog but when she bites....she dosent let go xD

  • rabies

  • beautiful dog

  • WoW! Train-Your-Dog! He obviously thinks he is boss. WRONG! You may think that this is cute or funny now, but what happens when he does this to a child? The Lhasa breed gets a bad name because of irresponsibility like this. Lhasa's are great dogs! And AMAZING with children, just make sure they know you are the boss, not vice-versa. Obviously this one needs a lesson or two.

  • he bit because the man touched his paw. i have a lhasa. his paws are sensitive.

  • @totoni2000 weird, mine must have something in his DNA that makes him different.. he is the most none caring dog about his paws, i do handshakes all the time and he just sits there lol and yes he is pure breed lhasa

  • @totoni2000 that is, IF! his paws has some parasites. that's how coco reacts when he has one or two, their paws becomes sensitive due to the lice bites. remove it and it then they will never bite you again ^^ Lhasa are more cute than shih tzu XD

  • @totoni2000 I have three Lhasa's and none of them like their paws touched, especially the back ones. Such a trial when grooming them lol

  • Well said Katyllw. teasing a dog is plain stupidity. This dog should have been trained from a puppy (as we did with our lhasa apso).

  • aww hahahaha that looks exactly like my doggie

he's a little sweetheart with my husband and me but with strange people uff forget it!!! dont know why he's like that but....

  • Shitzus and Lhapa apsos can be a little tempermental. The Tibetian Terrier, a simular breed, is extremely gentle and docile.

Most people confuse the TTs with the Lhapa apsos because they look simular and TTs are not that common but the TTs are a little larger. Completely different temperment though.

  • my lhasa apso is like this with strangers and other dogs y is he like this and how can i make him not bite other poeple or dogs, i have to keep him inside all the time cause of this

  • Lhasa is lovely. they love to be with people and treated like people.

  • Lhasa Apso bit my sister, and my cousin in the face. They get real crusty and stinky when they get old too.

  • my dog is a lhasa and he can be a spaz muffin. i am in the car right next to him and if i get out he starts barking and snapping at me. but if i get back in, he starts licking me and he sits o my lap. isn't that weird

  • thats cos you treat him like a human. probably hasnt been socialised enough.

  • i have a lhapa apso too (called Beckham) and he does the same at her!

  • that needs to be put down, get the shotgun ma

  • they're small dogs but their bite hurts!

  • i got bit by my next door neighbours dog which was a lhasa apso.

It growls at everyone but bites me!?!

  • Really? My lhasa just nibbles. I doesn't really hurt.

  • Bad owner, then. You should go and try your luck with the dog again. Dogs often remember specific events in their lives and you should let the dog know that you're a good person. I remember when I was young and ran when my neighbor's dog chased me and everytime he saw me he started running at me until I just stood there and said go back. He was confused then and left.

  • @foxwolf3456 true i have one she got into a fight with a german shepard while trying to seperate them she chewed up my finger she hada few cut and sores as well but was ok after thet

  • @foxwolf3456 I know right , mine bit my brother and he started bleeding

  • I own a Lhasa Apso and I will admit he's funny when he's mad. Mad at me, that is, because I know what eggs him on and what doesn't and when to stop before he nips. He's easily provoked and I have to keep little kids away from him. :/

But seriously, one second he can be mega pissed and 5 seconds later he's wagging his tail and licking me and in a super awesome mood. He really gets over stuff fast! haha

  • That dog doesn't deserve that horrible owner!

  • they dont deserve the dog!!

  • I totally agree!

  • All my Family have owned Lhasa never have then attcak anybody.

People in this video don't desever to keep animals. good for the dog for bitting the git.

Lets hope the git get biten by a rottie next time lol

I would always trust a lhasa with children and adults and Would recommend owning one.

My Lhasa has died but will be getting another in time.

Miss my lhasa dearly and I love him so much.

This post is in loving memory of Dougal Russ my Dog.

  • lhasa apsos are very nice dogs very tasty they make good soop iam greek and i love animals espicialy with tomatoes and rozmarino mmmmmmm rozmarino lhasa apso number 1

  • that's terrible..lhasas are the nicest dogs..you totally deserved that

  • totally provoked

  • Haha that reminds me of my lasha hes old too but he bites like a bastard he bit a hole right through my foot once, but you gotta love em

  • my lhasa was a nice puppy. she gave you lots of kisses and loves to cuddle and is very good with kids and people.

  • mine is like that sometimes check out my vid about her!!!

  • Great

  • My family has a Lhasa Apso/Shitsu mix and he is the most gentle dog! He looks a lot like your pup, but we prefer to keep him cute close (poodle cut)--with just the fluffy tai. If anything our dog would LICK you to death!! :-)

  • mine is mean but not super mean

  • Hmm....im lookin at gettin a lhasa apso....i dunno after seeing this...

  • They are good dogs if you take the time to train them and have a lot of patience. But, the people in this video are terrible dog owners. They are provoking and teasing this poor dog and the dog feels like it is being threatened. The dog biting the guy at the end proves it.

  • I totally agree. I've got 1 lhasa-apso-terrier-mix & 1 poodle-terrier-mix, and I really take care of them and keep them from getting to know people like seen here. They're treated well, so some strange situation like that would never happen. They come from Southern Europe (Greece/Spain), so they've been through a lot (these people absolutely don't care about any kind of animals on the streets - at least in Germany there are Animal Rights!!! But that's another sad topic...).

  • dont let this video fool you. Lhasas are very smart dog and super friendly. Adorable. they love people!!

  • totally agree -- they don't have to be aggressive or nasty -- then again I don't tease my lhasa and he's never been hit -- he loves everyone and sees the world as full of friends and play

  • where did those 2 guys get their dogs cuz my lhasa apso is hella mean go to my profile i have a video of the attack

  • dude my lhasa apso doesnt look anything like that, and is deffintely not mean

  • my lhasa apsea isn't that mean
