@warylailo - I'm sorry you didn't like how they tasted. Was it anything in particular, like the carrots or texture...etc? Haven't heard any problems with them to those who have tried them, so I'm not sure what it could be.

how long can these bars last without going bad? should it always be in airtight container? thanks!

@asianbuzz1 - I usually keep mine in an airtight tupperware. These probably won't last as long as some of my other granola bar mixtures, since it contains fresh carrot, but generally you can keep these for 5-7 days (perhaps longer) and if you individually wrap and freeze them, they should keep for even longer. :)
