Even if you did use Poser for the character, there is more than one IK issue going on. Remember that extending them fully will often result in a 'snapping' effect between keyframes.
Additionally, the trim of the board does not match the angle of the turn. Perhaps use a spline path as a guide, depending on your 3d package.
These animated guys are too stiff and would´nt it be a great opportunity to show the moves in slow motion? Even if I do jibes I don´t see the use of this animation since it´s too hard to see what this dude is doing.. BEtter to look at actual real footage.
