  • All Chris Parry could do, musicly,at school was bash a drum in the military cadet parades..He certainly improved after he left school,as did most of us in our various vocations...

  • How the hell does this not have more views...

  • There are SO MANY elements to this song, that make it great. It is (to me) almost perfect. The percussion, the organ, the autoharp, the delicate guitar parts, and not at all least of all the harmonies. The ethos behind the whole feeling of the song, and the fact it's called 'Nature'- it's almost poking fun at the whole idea of hippiedom, while at the same time embracing it wholeheartedly. Love it!

  • @watchoutbambi 40 years on, and it is even more relevant today, timeless

  • this is so good!!!!

  • You're gonna hate me... but I prefer the Mutton Birds version.. eeek

  • ....but they still had some great songs??? I've listened to this bands early 'expressive' songs, and will undeniably class this song as the best NZ song ever written/composed/recorded.

  • id say bliss is a greater song...this one is still amazing though

  • @doctorwhofan478

    Jesus, another one.

You must think I'm really thick! What sort of ignorant numbskull would think this is a recent song? Man, the internet ay? Try and drop a witty comment and you get taken literally.

  • @blairomatic this song is from 1969

  • gona be a mean gig

  • Gee it would be nice to see you wearing this gear in Auckland in a couple of weeks - I am sure you were looking like this the time I saw you 40 years ago. A shame but performers dont take the trouble any more - not since the late 60s fashions like this really
