  • I've been doing what most people consider an 'extreme diet'

Right now I'm not eating for 30 days.I'm on day 5.

  • @candyapplecarnage not possible, you can only go 3 weeks with out food 3 weeks=21 days and you wont be able to function after about a week

  • @candyapplecarnage clarification: unless of course you mean a liquid diet thats possible but itll be hard and not very good for you but if you mean absolutly nothing but water like a fast its not possible

  • @NancyKTV

A water fast for 30 days, yes, it is very possible.

Many people have done it, research it.

  • i am 9.8 stones 134.4 pounds bmi 24. 9 if i go up half a pound i be overweight

    i am a a sits 4 in jeans

  • @oneawesometeengirl1 yeah I don't like the whole bmi thing. My bmi is around 32, which is considered obese. When I think obese, I think of stomach hanging over, can barely walk. But I can run miles, and my stomach may not be flat, but in no way shape or form is my stomach making it hard for me to see my feet.

  • Isn't it ironic that the doctor himself is fat? And he is spouting BS about muscle loss. Caloric restriction doesn't just magically incinerate muscle. That only happens if you're doing no resistance training and only if you diet for a loong time without a break.

If you take the average person and put them on caloric restriction PLUS resistance training, they will look like a fitness model, which is quite healthy. I'm tired of these "docummentaries" that make all CR look bad due to stupidity.

  • Why is the idea of eating a heathy, nutrient dense, energy giving, life-sustaining diet so upsetting? It should be cause for celebration, not for tears. It's like crying over pollution. Bizarre. Get a grip, self-pity is so tiresome.

  • This is interesting and all, but am I the only one who finds her really insufferable?

  • Oh hai! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker lost lots of weight with it.

  • what diet is she keeping with ?

  • lmao how is this Wright character qualified to train anyone? He's got almost no muscle.

  • when he said 'I am going to punish you as much as I can' I instantly thought 'oh yes please, punish ME!'

well...a dirty mind is better than no mind

  • why is she freaking out about food when she just started the diet? Give me a break.

  • Eating a big junk meal before you begin a crash diet is such a rookie mistake, haha

  • @WitheringChild Goodness, I know this comment is a month old, but just had to say: word.

  • No way she's an American size 8. She's at least a 9 or a 10. Not that she's fat, but I've been fat. size 8 doesn't look like that.

  • don't women get it? if you diet extreme for two weeks and then go of you'll end up fatter than when you started. totally stupid. to all people out there wanting to lose weight. just change your eating habits permanently and do more excersize

  • Great video.

Feel free to watch The Secret Of Weight Loss on my channel. Anyone can get themself to have a low appetite and not crave foods. Everyone can be incontrol of their body. You can also change your metabolism. And you can change the size of your stomache without a surgery. You can get your body to do this on it's own. The Secret of Weight Loss calls this setting your body to 'slim mode' and anyone can do it.

  • Whoever is interested about the real cause of anorexia should really check out psychoanalyst Lacan’s theory about it. Anorexia isn’t about wanting to be thin and pretty, it’s not about fear of growing up or the media effects at all, it’s about putting a limit to mothers or whoever has the mother role. Anorexic’s mothers are so peculiar in different ways. They eat their kids (metaphorically) and so anorexia is the only way to put a stop to that.

  • Love the fact that the "health doctor" is fat.

  • These people need some real problems.

  • Happiness is not a pant size, or a number on the scale...and it certainly isn't a diet.

  • why can't people just eat healthy and work out at the same time? what's the use of putting yourself through all this you'll just look good on the outside and you'll actually be weaker.

woman you need your health not your looks to be successful

  • @anamikabalodi You totally rule!

  • when you see food as something you can shovel into your mouth it's terrible. See it as nourishment for yourself, as a way to live and breathe and love and laugh. Not as punishment or a means to experience life.

  • well, why she wants to dropp two dress sizes in two weeks? She is going to put it back after the show, really quicly... I dont understand those women, why not just start careing about your weight at early age? Only that way you are going to maintain slim and healthy ...

  • SHALLOW BITCHES!

  • Just eat vegetables & fruits are enough, u would probably see fascinating results in weeks.

  • @davissairgil

no, that's not healthy, at all.

  • just be happy people

  • damn, why can't people just go on a healthy weight loss plan and lose about 1 pound a week? do we really need to drop two dress sizes in one week? I mean, I know life is short, but some people won't even put in the effort to go on a proper diet and workout program. Extreme diet regimes don't last

  • Aww gosh the ending was sad, bless her. :(

Just makes me mad though because that dr guy didn't explain that your body ALSO breaksdown fat before it starts eating away at your organs.

If you have any fat your body will use that for energy..

    Cause think about it..

If our bodies were stupid and just ate our organs first we would die out in less than 2 months.. so when you stop eating your body doesnt automatically shut down.. it breaks down FAT and some muscle first and THEN your organs!!!

  • Obviously it's going to be hard if that's what you make it out to be.

Just wash appetite suppressants down with Red Bull - easy!

  • @centervilletn size 10 in the uk is an american size 6 so you might say shes at a healthy range

  • @HazelEyes209 Actually I believe an English size 10 is an American size 8, but yeah, she's still in a very healthy and normal range.

  • @HazelEyes209 - That's still a healthy/average range. I where it and I still have a good 10-15 lbs before I'd be considered underweight or unhealthy.

  • "I'm just thinking about food all the time"

That's been my life the past 9 years , aka my eating disorder. bulimia. Off course know one who knows me knows i have this.

  • I'm stuck the same way. Although i've only been struggling for 3 years. i'm 19. what about you?

  • the only people that know about my bulimia are my family. no one in public knows because i'm at a normal weight. i'm 5.7 and 120 lbs.

  • can someone explain british sizes/ US sizes?? I know i've heard that in uk a 6=american 0... and a 4=00, but what is a 10? is there a specific ratio?

  • 6=2

    4=0

    2=00

english sizes are 2 sizes up

  • thank you very much!

  • @sadgirlx619 Are they ? I always thought american sizes were bigger than european...

  • @Rebekkazz It gets more confusing, in Sweden a size 4 is a 34m then 36, 38, 40, etc. It's so much easier to use S, M and L. :S

  • @Rebekkazz nope, in Poland we have 34, which stands for XXS, american zero and british 4, all the way through 36, 38, 40, 42 and so on as well

  • @SkylarPro in Holland a 32 is a XXS, american zero and British 4, than we have 34 = XS, 36 = S, 38 = M, 40 = L etc.

  • @sadgirlx619 omg...if i moved over there i think I would be suicidal.....

  • @sadgirlx619 no there 4 sizes up. 6-2=4

  • can someone tell me what a stone is? im struggeling to understand their weight mesurments, thanks

  • 1 stone=14 pounds

  • Thank you

  • @MianaAnew =6,5 kilos ;)

  • Has anyone else noticed that there seems to be a lot more effort to bring awareness to extreme diets in the U.K.?

  • Thank's to share this with us!! :)
