When Annie was in the asylum, Harley went undercover to help Reva in getting info on Reva's sister from Annie. I cannot remember the name Harley used, I keep thinking Caitlin for some reason, and pretended to be Annie's friend just to get dirt.
Well, Annie found out Harley's true identity, and even got revenge on Harley when two orderly's injected Harley w/ a serum which caused her to go crazy.
