I remember watching this game with my father.  In 1992 I was in my early teens, so this was one of those magical moments from Michael Jordan. I truly, truly, truly feel sorry for all of those who didn't witness this live. Watching it now is great, but when it was LIVE, that was something else.

His domination of the game, his artistry, nobody before or since has even remotely come close. This is when he actually wanted to dominate, and on his nights off he would only average 30 ppg lol.

It's a good thing MJ was feeling in the first half, otherwise it would have been quite the struggle with Blazers that whole game. Even if MJ was averaging his usual 30-35 points in the game (meaning around 15-17 pts at the half), the Bulls would have been down. He was definitely at his best in terms of going for his shots in the first three peat than the second one. He averaged 41 pts/game in the 1993 Finals!!!

what people tend to forget is that the Blazers came out really on fire and only thanks to MJ the Bulls took the lead.

This game proofs that challenge was all that MJ needed to have outstanding performance.

Before Game1 everybody had picked Drexler as a better 3point shooter, Michael didnt like it, the rest is history.

The thing to remember is that this was like a Kobe vs. Lebron Finals matchup.

In the five seasons leading up to this game, Drexler averaged just under 29 ppg on 51.4% shooting along with 7.5 rebounds, 6.25 assists and 2.75 steals in eight games against MJ and the Bulls. Nobody else had that kind of success against Mike, and people were seriously saying Clyde might be in the same class as Jordan.

Then MJ simply destroyed him in this game, thus cementing his legend.
