Following them on their family trip would be creepy. Flying out to Wisconsin from New York to do this would be a bit creepy too... sort of, but meeting small (and big) time celebrities at airports when they visit your hometown is pretty normal stuff. Maybe you see it as creepy because their kids were there? I very much enjoyed seeing some of Shay's (and the family's) Wisconsin fanbase come out to greet them. They were all very sweet and respectful.
