Pay attention to Title I, Subtitle B, Section 116. It appears to me to prevent the insurance companies from making any sort of profit. Since when should making a profit be against the law?

I heard nothing in this video regarding tort reform or regulating the phamacutical companies /lobbiest. We have Medicaid already. It is working. VERN are your eyes opened to the fact that Obama WANT TO LEAD US TO SINGLE PAY HEALTH CARE? IT IS NOT JUST THE COST ISSUE. We want to keep what we have and not be forced into a gov. run health care. No matter the cost some folks just won't purchase it if it was affordable, Why buy the cow if you can get your milk for free?What next we by their car ins?

I have the link to the health care bill in the comment section of my profile so that you can read it for yourself in it's entirety without bias as well as ways in which you can contact your representatives including phone numbers. No more excuses! Most bankruptcies are due to overwhelming medical bills accumulated by people who have insurance. This is wrong and in my opinion unacceptable. We have waited long enough.

28th Amendment: Congress shall make no law prohibiting an individual (or business owned or co-owned by an individual) from contracting with any physician or other provider of goods or services in the medical professions. Congress shall enforce the contract at a cost of 5% of the agreed fee of the contract payable by each party in gold or silver or notes backed by gold or silver. The Congress is expressly prohibited from funding or regulating any form of medical care for any reason whatsoever.
