You can get one extra secret in the first stage of Pacific Island; that's why.

louischou said that he uses about 1-2 medipacks in each some levels, he just edits it out so it looks like he uses 6 medipacks like u said. oh and that 60 out of 59 secrets is a glitch from one of the India levels after the Mudubu Gorge

@gooshu Coastal Villages has 4 Secrets but you can choose whether to collect the extra Secrets if you do you finish the Level with 4/3 Secrets and thats how you can finish the game with 60/59 Secrets, and the chime itsself that is the Secret not the item.
